Možnosti fyzioterapeutické péče u dětského pacienta s diagnózou morbus Perthes - kazuistika

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je komplexní zpracování problematiky diagnózy morbus Perthes. Cílem bakalářské práce je za prvéshrnutíteoretických poznatků omorbusPerthes na podkladě české i světové literatury, za druhésběr dat, na jejichž podkladě je zpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s touto diagnózou. A vneposlední řaděje cílem zpracování rehabilitačního plánu a vedení pacienta vrámci fyzioterapeutické péče, vzávěru je popsáno kritické zhodnocení výsledku terapie. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. Vprvé, teoretické části je popsán kyčelní kloub zpohledu anatomie, biomechaniky a vývoje. Podrobně jsou zde shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o diagnóze morbus Perthes. Ve speciální části jsou vrámci podkapitoly Metodologie přestaveny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, včetně seznamu užitých pomůcek. Dále je zde formou kazuistiky zpracována fyzioterapeutická péče u pacientky sdiagnózou morbus Perthes. Podkapitola obsahuje informace o sběru dat, anamnézu pacientky, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu, průběh rehabilitace, kontrolní kineziologický rozbor, následující průběh rehabilitace, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a posouzení efektu terapie na základě získaných dat ze vstupního avýstupního kineziologického rozboru. Nedílnou součástí práce je kapitola Diskuze, jež porovnává a shrnujepoužité metody a dosažené výsledky se zkušenostmi z jiných pracovišť. Rovněž je zhodnoceno, zda byly terapeutické postupy vhodně zvolené a zdadošlo knaplnění terapeutického cíle. Závěr předloženépráce nabízí prevencivrámci tohoto i jiných dětských onemocnění. Mimo jiné doporučuje tvorbu internetové platformy, která by přinášela ověřené informace pro laickou veřejnost a pomohla například rodičům vorientaci vrámci dané diagnózy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is morbus Perthes complex treatment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is, firstly, summary of theoretical findings regarding morbus Perthes basedon Czech as well as foreign literature and secondly, data collection serving as sources to work out case interpretation of physiotherapist care in case of a patient diagnosed with thisproblem. Finally, the thesis aims to process the rehabilitation plan while leading and supervising the patient within the physiotherapist care. The summary then critically describes results of the therapy. The work is divided into four parts. The first theoretical part describes hip joint and its development from the point of view of anatomy and biomechanics. Existing pieces ofknowledge concerning morbus Perthes diagnosis are included in detail. The special part in section Methodology presents diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including the list of tools used. The case interpretation of a patient diagnosed with disease morbus Perthes is written down here. This section informs about data collection, the patient's case history, initial kinesiological analysis, short and long-term rehabilitation plan, rehabilitation development, checking kinesiological analysis, subsequent rehabilitation, final kinesiological analysis and evaluating the therapy effect based on data gained in theinitial and final analysis. Chapter Discussion, which compares and summarizes methods used and results reached with those from other institutions, makes another inseparable part of the work. It also evaluates whether thetherapeutic procedures were well chosen and whether the initial aim was achieved. Conclusion of the submitted work offers prevention concerning this and other childhood diseases. Besides this, it recommends creating an Internet platform that would provide reliable and verified information for the public and which cou ld help parents to get oriented in the diagnosis.
