Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou ?Možnosti fyzioterapie u dlouhodobé srdeční podpory HeartMate?se specifickým zaměřením na II. generacitohoto systému. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě kazuistiky. Obsah mé práce byl vybrán zdůvodu osobního zájmu o rehabilitační péči klinického směru stechnickým zaměřením. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a konkretizovatfunkční rehabilitační plán u pacienta simplantovanou mechanickou srdeční podporou HeartMate II. Teoretická část obsahujepro ucelený přehled kapitoly oanatomii a fyziologii kardiovaskulárního systému, s problematikou srdečního selhání. Součástí jsou isouhrnné kapitoly věnované mechanickýmsrdečním podporám sbližší specifikací systému LVAD HeartMate IIs teoreticky zpracovaným procesem rehabilitační péče vrámci této diagnózy. Vmetodologické části jsou popsány metody, které jsou využity kvstupnímu a výstupnímu kineziologickému vyšetření. Dále práce obsahuje výčet použitých metodvyužitýchk terapii vprůběhu pacientovy rekonvalescence. Speciální část jejiž přímo zaměřena na vstupní kineziologické vyšetření pacienta, navržení krátkodobého, dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a stručný popisobsahucvičebních jednotek. Tato část je uzavřena závěrečnými výsledky, kde se věnuji výstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru, vyhodnocení zvolených postupů aposouzení efektivity použitých metod. Nedílnou složkoutéto bakalářské práce je i diskuze se závěrem.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is "Possibilities of physiotherapy forlong-term cardiac support device HeartMate" with specific focus on the second generation of this system. The Bachelor thesis is written in the form of casuistry. The content of the Paper has been chosen due to my personal interest in clinical rehabilitation care with the focus on the technical aspects. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to propose and to specify a workable rehabilitation schedule for a patient with the implanted mechanical heart aid HeartMate II. The theoretical part includes chapters with the overview of the anatomy and physiology of cardiovascular systemtogether with the issues of heart collapse. There are also summary chapters dedicated to mechanical heart aids with a closer specification of the LVAD HeartMate II system with a theoretically examined process of rehabilitation care in the case of this diagnosis. The methodological part describes the methods used in the entry and final kinesiological examinations. The Paper further includes the list of methods used in the therapy during patient's recovery. The Special part is directly focused on the entry kinesiological examination of the patient, a proposal of both short-and long-term rehabilitation schedule and a brief description of the contents of the exercise units. This part ends with final results, where I describe the final kinesiological analyses, evaluation of the chosen procedures and the effectiveness of the methods used. The last part of the Bachelor thesis is also discussion with a conclusion.
