Vliv taneční terapie na pacienty s Parkinsonovou nemocí

Abstract

Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem této práce je hodnocení vlivu taneční terapie nasymptomatologii pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Hodnotí ovlivnění motorických i nemotorických projevů po absolvování dvouměsíční intenzivní terapie. Dalším cílem je prostudování a zpracování teoretických poznatků o problematice Parkinsonovy nemoci a taneční terapie v zahraničí i u nás. Metoda: Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje vzniku, rozvoji a klinickým příznakům Parkinsonovy nemoci. Zabývá se i možnostmi rehabilitace a přístupy k pacientovi v různých fázích onemocnění. V druhé části je pojednáno o historii, druzích, teoretickém podkladu a možnostech využití taneční terapie. Zmíněny jsou i zahraniční studie, které již vlivy taneční terapie na osoby s Parkinsonovou nemocí vyhodnocovaly. Speciální část se zaměřuje na zhodnocení efektivity taneční terapie v rámci ovlivňování širokého spektra motorických i non-motorických příznaků Parkinsonovy nemoci. Účinnost terapie je posuzována na 10 probandech. Vyhodnocují se změny jejich obtíží po absolvování dvouměsíční terapie. K hodnocení je použita modifikovaná verze unifikované hodnotící škály Movement Disorder Society - Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS - UPDRS) a dotazník zaměřený na subjektivní vnímání efektivity terapií. Měření a poskytování lekcí taneční terapie probíhá ve spolupráci se společnosti Parkinson-Help z.s. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů, interpretovány slovně.

Goal: The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate effects of dance therapy on symptomatology of patients with Parkinson´s disease. It assesses the impact on motor and non-motor symptoms after two-month intensive therapy. Another goal is to study and develop theoretical knowledge about Parkinson´s disease and dance therapy in foreign countries as well as in the Czech Republic. Method: The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the development, progress and clinical symptoms of Parkinson´s disease. It deals with possible rehabilitation and an attitude to the patient at different stages of the disease. The second part introduces the history, types, theoretical background and use of dance therapy. There are also references to foreign studies which have already evaluated effects of dance therapy on individuals with Parkinson´s disease. The special part aims to evaluate the effectiveness of dance therapy in the frame of influencing a wide range of motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson´s disease. Therapy effectiveness is assessed on 10 probands. Changes in their problems are evaluated after twomonth dance therapy. To evaluate the effectiveness we used modified Movement Disorder Society - Unified Parkinson´s Disease Rating Scale (MDS - UPDRS) and a questionnaire on subjective perception of the effectiveness of the treatment. Measurements and dance therapy lessons are done in cooperation with Parkinson-Help z. s. The findings are presented in tables and graphs and described in text.
