Poskytování psychosociální intervenční péče členům pomáhajících profesí

Abstract

Předloženádiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování psychosociální péče členům pomáhajících profesí, tedy zdravotnickým záchranářům, policistům a členům hasičského záchranného sboru. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou. Vteoretické částiobecně popisujeme problematiku poskytování psychosociální péče. Cílem je, uceleně definovat psychosociální péči a krizovou intervenci. Vymezujeme základní pojmy a termíny. Naší snahou je definovatza jakých okolností mohou učlenů základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému vznikat stresové poruchy, jak je mohou ovlivnit a jaké dopady a důsledky mohou sebou nést. Popisujeme, jakým způsobem je psychosociální péče zajišťována a poskytována. Vdalších kapitolách sepodrobnějizabýváme členy integrovaného záchranného systému. Předmětem našeho zájmu je jejich denní rutina vpráci a co vše sebou dané povolání přináší. Zabýváme se reakcemia emocemi samotných zachránců po provedeném různě psychicky náročném zásahu. Vzávěru teoretické části se zabýváme jednotlivými technikami psychosociální intervence. Druhou částí této diplomové práce je část praktická. Výzkumná část této práce je založena nazískávání dostupných relevantních informací, pomocíanonymního nestandardizovaného dotazníkovéhošetření. Námi vytvořený dotazník byl rozšířen mezi základní členy integrovaného záchranného systémua to vněkolika různých krajích. Dotazníkové šetření je zaměřeno především na povědomí o možnosti využití psychosociální intervenční péče mezi členy pomáhajících profesí a na jejich potřebu a zájem tuto službu využít. Naší snahou je zjistit, která zdaných profesí psychosociální péčivyužívánejvíce. Dále nás zajímají pocity a emoce členů záchranných týmů po psychicky náročném zásahu. Zjišťovali jsmepo jakémdruhu zásahu, by nejpravděpodobněji vyhledalislužby PEER pracovníka, případně psychologa. Vzávěru práce zjišťujeme, zda samotní členové integrovaného záchranného systému mají zájem se voblasti psychosociální intervenční péče vzdělávat a zda mají zájemsami pomoc poskytovat, ať už obětem mimořádných událostí nebo svým kolegům. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou znázorněny pomocí přehledných grafů a tabulek. Jedním zcílů naší práce bylo vyvrátit nebo potvrdit stanovené cíle a hypotézy pomocí výsledků dotazníkového šetření anásledně provést komparaci.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of providing psychosocial care to the members of helping professions, i.e. medical rescuers, policemen and firefighters. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, the problem of providing psychosocial care is described. The goal is to define psychosocial care and crisis intervention in a thorough manner. Basic notions and terms are described. Our effort is to define under what circumstances stress disorders may arisein the members of essential part of the integrated rescue system, how these can be influenced and what implications and consequences these might bear. We describe how psychosocial care is ensured and provided. In the following chapters, members of integrated rescue system are discussed in more details. The subject of our interest is their daily work routine and what the occupation at stake brings. We deal with the reactions and emotions of rescuers after a conducted intervention varying in strain. At the end of the theoretical part, we deal with individual techniques of psychosocial intervention. The second part of this diploma thesis is a practical part. The research part of this thesis is based on obtaining relevant information by means of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire survey. The questionnaire we created has been distributed among the basic members of the integrated rescue system in several regions. The questionnaire is focused in particular on the awareness of the opportunity to use psychosocial intervention care among the members of helping professions and their need and interest in using this service. Our effort is to investigate which of the professions at stake uses psychosocial care the most. We are also interested in the feeling andemotions of the members of rescue teams after an intervention which has been mentally demanding. We have investigated after which kind of intervention they would be likely to seek out a PEER worker or a therapist. In conclusion we ascertain, whether the members of the integrated rescue system as such are interested in training in the area of psychosocial intervention care and if they care to provide this help by themselveséither to the victims of extraordinary events or to their colleagues. The outcomes of the questionnaire survey are depicted by means of illustrative charts and tables. One of the goals of our work was to disprove or confirm the stipulated goals and hypotheses by means of the results of the questionnaire survey and then to perform comparison
