Možné využití antikonfliktního týmu v rámci typových činností IZS

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na použití AKT Policie ČR v rámci typových činností IZS. Teoretická část popisuje adekvátnost nasazení AKT a jeho hlavní úkoly, obsahuje též rozdíl použití AKT a pořádkové jednotky Policie ČR. Je zde vysvětlen pojem IZS a s ním související typové činnosti, kterých je k dnešnímu datu již patnáct. Praktická část spočívá v komparaci názorů příšlušníků PČR na funkčnost a smysl AKT, která doplňuje provedenou SWOT analýzu jednotlivých typových činností, ve kterých by využití zmiňovaných týmů rovněž mohlo být přínosem. Na základě prezentovaných výsledků lze konstatovat, že se AKT aktivně zúčastnil událostí, kdy jeho pomoc zásadně přispěla ke zlepšení ssituace.

The thesis is focused on the use of the anti-conflict team of the Police of the Czech Republic within type operations of the IRS. The main aim of the thesis is to highlight the work of the anti-conflict team during emergency situations contained in the type operations of the IRS. The teoretical framework of the thesis describes the adequacy of the anti-conflict team demployment and its main aim taska, it also includes the difference between the use of the anti-conflict team and the Unit of the riot police. Furthermore there is an explanation of the term IRS and related type activities which up now have reached the number of 15. The practical framework deals with the comparison of the police officers view on the function and sense of the anti-conflict team that complements the SWOT analysis of particular type activities in which the usage of the mentioned teams also could be beneficial. After taking into consideration the submitted results we can say that the anti-conflict team has actively participated in various events where its help has significantly contributed to improvement of the situation.
