Diplomová práce se zabývá cvičenímorgánů krizového řízení, se zaměřením na složky integrovaného záchranného systému. Cílem práce je přinést ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku. Vteoretické části jsou uvedenyzákladní pojmy týkající se krizového řízení aintegrovanéhozáchranného systému. Také jsou zde zahrnuty poznatky o orgánech krizového řízení, složkách integrovaného záchranného systému akoordinacisložek IZS. Dále se práce především zaměřujena cvičeníorgánů krizového řízení a na cvičení složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Ve výzkumné části prácejsou stanoveny cíle a hypotézy. Je zdepopsán výzkum, který je proveden pomocí kvalitativní metody, kde je použita analýza dokumentu spolu skonzultací sodbornými pracovníky vtéto oblasti. Hlavním úkolemvýzkumu bylo zjistit, zda majícvičení pozitivní vliv na připravenost složek IZS na mimořádné události. Byla provedena komparacedosažených výsledkůpři taktických cvičeních orgánů krizového řízení a také srovnání u taktických cvičení, kde se účastnily pouze složky IZS. Získaná data jsou zpracována ve formě tabulek. Také jsou zde vyhodnoceny cíle práce a hypotézy. Po porovnání se ukázalo, že cvičení mají velký význam a jsou prospěšná. Díky nim jsou složky IZS na vzniklémimořádné události lépe připraveny. Vzávěru je shrnutí výsledů a cílů práce. Jsou navržena doporučení pro zvýšení účinnosti cvičení. The thesis deals with the drill of crisis management bodies while focusing on the sections of Integrated Rescue System. The main aim of the thesis i s to provide a comprehensive perspective of the topic. The basic concepts of the crisis management and the Integrated Rescue System are introduced in the theoretical part. This part also includes further knowledge about the crisis management bodies as well as the sections of Integrated Rescue System and the coordination of these. Then the text focuses mainly on the drill of both ?the crisis management bodies and the sections of IRS. In the research part of the thesis the aims and hypotheses are stated. The research is carried out by a qualitative method where a relevant document is analyzed and the experts of the field are consulted. The main goal of the research was to find out if the drill has got a positive influence on IRS sections - readiness should the crisis come. The comparison of results obtained from tactical training of the bodies was carried out as well as the comparison of results achieved from tactical drill which included only the IRS sections. The gathered data are presented in the form of tables. The aims and hypotheses are then assessed. The comparison proved that the drill has got an important impact and it is beneficial. Thanks to the drill the IRS sections are better prepared for the crisis or extraordinary situation. The conclusion consists of summary of the results and the aims of the thesis. The measures to enhance the drill effectivenessare proposed.
