Vliv zátěžových a stresových situací na členy základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresových a zátěžových situací základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému, tedy se jedná o hasičský záchranný sbor, zdravotnickou záchrannou službu a policii České republiky. Rozdělena je na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část definuje integrovaný záchranný systém a jeho základní složky. Dále poukazuje na pracovní náplň těchto složek a jejich odlišnosti. Dále se zabývá stresovými a zátěžovými situace, se kterými se tyto členové integrovaného záchranného systému mohou po dobu svého výkonu povolání setkat. Praktická část se pomocí anonymního nestandardizovaného dotazníku zabýváproblematikou jednotlivých stresujících situací základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému v rámci středočeského kraje. V rámci tohoto dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme, jaké situace jsou pro danou složku nejvíce stresové náročné. Dále nás zajímá, jaké stresující situace jsou pro všechny výše uvedené složky nejčastější a nejzávažnější. Výsledky tohoto dotazníkového šetření jsou zobrazeny v přehledných grafecha tabulkách, jejichž výsledkem je potvrzení, či vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz a cílů této práce. Následně jsou tyto podrobeny komparaci.

This bachelor thesis studies the issue of stress and high-risk situations faced by elemental bodies of the Integrated Rescue System, that is the Fire Rescue Service, the Medical Rescue Service and the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the Integrated Rescue System and its constituent bodies. It also specifies the workload of the individual bodies and the differences between them. Furthermore, it studies the stress and high-risk situations which may be faced by the members of the Integrated Rescue System during the course of their work. The practical part uses an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire to analyze the individual stress situations faced by the elemental bodies of the Integrated Rescue System within the Central Bohemian region. By performing the questionnaire survey we find out which situations are most stressful for each of the bodies. We also investigate which stress situations are most common and most serious for all the aforementioned bodies. The results of the questionnaire survey are shown in clearly arranged graphs and tables which prove or disprove the set hypotheses and aims of this thesis. In conclusion the results are compared.
