Součinnost složek IZS při dopravních nehodách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikouintegrovanéhozáchrannéhosystémuasoučinností jehosložekpři zásazíchu dopravních nehod. Je zde uvedena základní legislativa, vývoj asoučasný stav, právní úprava jednotlivých složeka základní úrovně řízení. Závěrečná kapitolateoretické části se zabývá problematikoudopravních nehodajejich řešením. Jakovýzkumná metoda jepoužitodotazníkové šetření určené propříslušníky a zaměstnancejednotlivých základních složekIZSa doplňující rozhovoryspříslušníky HasičskéhozáchrannéhosboruČeské republiky jakovedoucí složky integrovanéhozáchrannéhosystému. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat současný stavaúroveň zásahůu dopravních nehod, včetně spolupráce složekna místě události tohototypu. Vpřípadě zjištění závažných nedostatkův součinnosti složekbudounavržena nová řešení ohledně konkrétníhoproblémupři dopravních nehodách.

This diploma thesis deals with thetopic of the Integrated Rescue System and of the collaboration of its individual organizations when intervening in traffic accidents. It sets out the key legislation, development and current status, legal regulations ofindividual organizations and basic levels of theirmanagements. The final chapter of the theoretical part deals with the problem of the traffic aciidents and their solutions. Questionnaires among the members and employees of the individual IRS organizations are used as aresearch method as well as supplementary interviews with the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as the main organization of the IRS. The aim of this diploma thesis is monitoring the current status and the level of interventions in tra ffic accidents, including the cooperation of individual organizations at incidents sites of this type. In case of detecting any significant faults in collaboration ofthe organizations, new solutions will be proposed for the specific problem in trafiic accidents.
