Použití sil a prostředků složek integrovaného záchranného systému při zásahu u dopravní nehody na pozemní komunikaci

Abstract

Tématemdiplomové práce je Použití sil a prostředků složek integrovaného záchranného systému u dopravní nehody na pozemní komunikaci. Vteoretické části jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy potřebné a použité pro objasnění řešené problematiky. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé složky integrovaného záchranného systému, jejich síly a prostředky využitelné pro zásah u dopravní nehody, definovány pojmy pozemní komunikace, dopravní nehody, jejich příčiny, druhy a následky. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány společné typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému, které jsou věnované problematice zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému u dopravní nehody na pozemní komunikaci. Je analyzován taktický postup při zásahu u dopravní nehody, rozestavění záchranářské techniky a využití sil a prostředků jednotlivých složek. Praktická část vychází z analýzy nehodovosti na území České republiky, upozorňující na vysoký počet dopravních nehod a důležitost spolupráce složek integrovaného záchranného systému na místě zásahu u dopravní nehody. Vmodelovém příkladu dopravní nehody je řešeno praktické použití sil a prostředků složek integrovaného záchranného systému sohledem na jejich potřebu a optimální uplatnění při zásahu.

The theme of the thesis is "The use of forces and resources of the integrated rescue system in traffic accidents on the road". The theoretical part defines specific key words to help to understand and clarify the thesis objective. This part describes individual sectors of the integrated rescue system, its strength and resources available for intervention during a traffic accident. It also outlines the used terms, their causes, types and consequences. Furthermore, the common activities of the integrated rescue system are revealed, which are focused on the intervention issues of the integrated rescue system road accidents. The rescue is analysed by tactical procedure, rescue techniques and by the usage of forces and resources during the rescue. The practical part is based on an analysis of accidents in the Czech Republic, pointing out the high number of road accidents and the importance of the cooperation with the integrated rescue system during the accident. The case model of the road accident is focused on the applied actionsduring the actual rescue situations considering the optimal procedure as well.
