Analýza připravenosti zdravotnické záchranné služby na události spojené s působením CBRNE látek

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice připravenosti zdravotnických záchranných služeb v ČRna mimořádné události. Zejména na událostispojenéspůsobenímchemických, biologických, radiologických, nukleárních a explozivních látek. Vteoretické části se zabýváme vymezením činnosti zdravotnické záchranné služby a jejich postupů při hromadném postižení zdraví. Vjednotlivých kapitolách popisujeme kroky při třídění zasažených a postupy dekontaminace. Dále se vpráci zabýváme účinky toxických látek, kde na vybraném zástupci popisujeme klinický obraz při intoxikaci a postupy neodkladné péče. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou částí, vprvní znich analyzujemepomocí dotazníku znalosti a technickou vybavenost výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Získané informace jsme dále rozšířili o rozhovorsvedoucím pracovníkem jednotlivých krajskýchzdravotnickýchzáchranných služeb. Ve druhé části jsme pomocí modelovacího programuTeroristický expertzosnovali vymyšlenou mimořádnou událost súnikem nebezpečné látky, na které popisujeme ideální postup poskytování neodkladné péče zdravotnickou záchrannou službou.

This dissertation is devoted to problems of readiness of medical rescue services in the Czech republic for exceptional incidents. Especially for the incidents related to an effect of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive substances. In the theoretical part, we deal with the delimitation of aktivity of the medical rescue service and its procedures at a mass of health. We describe steps when sorting of affected persons and procedures of decontamination in the individual chapters. Further, in the dissertation, we deal with the effects of toxic substances, where we describe a clinical picture at intoxication on the selected representative and the procedures of the urgent care. The practical part consits of two parts, in the first of them, we analyse knowledges and technical facilities for exit groups of the medical rescue service using a questionnaire. We further extended the acquired information about a conversation with a senior executive of the individual regional medical rescue services. In the second part we engineered the made -up exceptional incident with the leakage of the hazardous substance using the modelling program Terrorist expert, we describe the ideal procedurefor providingthe urgent care of the medical rescue service on this incident.
