Možnosti eliminace požárního rizika v domově pro seniory

Abstract

Hlavním cílem práce je eliminovat požární riziko vdomově pro seniory, kterého jedosaženo posouzením stavu požární bezpečnosti objektu a navržením vhodných opatření pro zvýšení požární bezpečnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou tématických celků, teoretické a speciální části. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na požární riziko apožární prevenci. Požárníprevence je soubor technických aorganizačních opatření vedoucích kzamezení vznikunebo šíření požáru. Vširším pojetí se do prevence řadí opatření zajišťující minimalizaciztrát na životech osob a majetkových škod vznikajících působením požáru. Vtéto částije popsán současný stav požadavků na zajišťování požární prevence abezpečnostivzařízeních zdravotnické asociální péče, dále kategorie provozovaných činností avýšepožárního rizika. Vkapitole jsou popsány hlavní odvětví požární prevence jako požárníbezpečnost staveb apreventivní činnost na pracovištích. Speciální část začíná analýzou a identifikací rizik objektu domova pro seniory ajejich vyhodnocením pro komplexní pohled na ohrožení objektu. Hlavní výzkum je zaměřen na analýzu stavu požární bezpečnosti vkonkrétním domově pro seniory, prokterou je použita metoda kvalitativní analýzy, metoda Kontrolního seznamu. Tato metoda je vhodná pro zpětné analyzování plnění požadavků kladených na požární zabezpečení. Po vyhodnocení zkoumání jsou navržena opatření, která směřují kodstranění nedostatků azvýšení požární bezpečnosti objektu a tím snižují požárníriziko. Vzávěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení výběru opatření pro eliminaci požárníhorizika a skutečný přínos provedeného výzkumu.

The main object of the study is to obviate risk of fire in a home for the elderly people and it is achieved by an assessment of fire safety of the building and suggesting suitable measures to improve fire safety. The study is divided into two thematic parts, atheoretical and a special part. The theoretical part is focused on risk of fire and fire prevention. Fire prevention isa set of technical and organisational measures aiming at preventing fire breaking orspreading. In a larger framework prevention includes measures ensuring minimization of casualties and property damages caused by fire. In this part, there isadescription ofthe current state of requirements to ensure fire prevention and safetyinmedical and social care facilities and also categories of practised activities and risk exposure. In the chapter, there is a description of main branches of fire prevention asfire safety ofbuildings and prevention activity in workplaces. The special part starts with an analysis and risk identification of a home for the elderly people and its evaluation for a comprehensive view of danger for the building. The main research is focused on an analysis of fire safety in a particular home for the elderly people, for which the method of qualitative analysis, the method Check List wasused. This method is suitable for feedback analysis of the fulfilment ofrequirements forfire safety. After evaluating the examination, there are measures suggested to remove deficiencies and to improve fire safety of the building in order toreduce the risk of fire. In the conclusion of the study, there is an evaluation of the choice of measures toreduce the risk of fire and the actual contribution of the performed research.
