Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá speciální problematikou toxinů ve vztahu kmimořádným situacím. Text obsahuje základní charakteristiku skupiny významných toxinůsdůrazem na jejich diagnózu, terapii a detekci. Analyzuje rozsah výskytutoxinů na území České republiky ve srovnání súzemím Ruské federace. Hodnotí nebezpečí otrav toxiny na základě porovnání stoxickými látkaminebiologického původu. Zabývá se hodnocením rizika vznikumimořádných události svýskytem toxinů na území České republiky.
 
The diploma thesis is on the topic of the specific issue of toxins in relation to emergency situations. The text contains a basic description of the groups of major toxins with emphasis on their diagnosis, treatment and detection. Itanalyses the scope of the presence of toxins in the Czech Republic in comparison with the Russian Federation. It evaluates the risk of poisoning by toxins on the basis of comparison with toxic substances of a non-biological origin. It contains evaluation of the risk of occurrence of emergencies with the presence of toxins in the Czech Republic.
