Přístup zdravotnického záchranáře k psychiatrickému pacientovi

Abstract

V mé práci se věnuji přístupu, péči a komunikaci zdravotnických záchranářů s psychiatrickými pacienty. Pacienti s duševním onemocněním jsou na výjezdech ZZS stále častější a podle mě jsou posádky zdravotníků velmi málo proškolováni ohledně tohoto tématu. V úvodu teoretické části se zabývám historií psychiatrie. Dále psychiatrickými onemocněními, která zahrnují jejich popis, projevy, možnou farmakologickou léčbu a správné zásady přístupu a komunikace zdravotnických záchranářů k duševně nemocným pacientům, se kterými se nejčastěji setkávají na výjezdech ZZS. V praktické části se věnuji dotazníkovému šetření o přístupu zdravotnických záchranářů ze středočeského kraje z výjezdových základen: Hořovice, Zdice, Beroun z jejich vlastní praxe k psychiatrickým pacientům. Především jejich informovaností o duševně nemocných pacientech, komunikací s nimi, nejčastější farmakoterapií na výjezdech a která ze skupin psychiatrických pacientů je nejčastěji indikována k výjezdu. Náhled bude i na školení pracovníků na záchranných službách o psychiatrických pacientech. Na konec výzkumné práce bude uvedena kazuistika zdravotnických záchranářů s duševně nemocným pacientem. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit na jaké úrovni je péče a komunikace s psychiatrickými pacienty na posádkách výjezdových skupin ZZS Středočeského kraje. Získané výsledky budou vyhodnoceny a zpracované do tabulek a grafů.

The bachelor?s thesis pictures the issue of approach to the care and communication of rescues with psychiatric patients. In my opinion the rescues are more in touch with patients with psychiatric problems but they have a lack of training how to deal with them. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical framework consists of explanation of crucial terms, namely, history of psychiatry, psychiatric illness and its description, manifestation and medical treatment. The important part is also a basic principle of approach and communication of rescues with mentally ill patients with whom they are in touch during their emergency medical service. The follow up practical part contains research, constituted by questionnaire questions of rescues from Central Bohemia from basement in Hořovice, Zdice and Beroun. Questions are related to their own practices with psychiatric patients, their information about psychiatric ill patients, communication with them and more often pharmacotherapy used on emergency medical service and last but not least on specific group of psychiatric patients with whom they are in touch the most. Thesis pays attention also to training of staffers from emergency medical service with regard to psychiatric patients. At the end of research part is mentioned the case interpretation of rescues with psychiatric patients. The main goal of my bachelor?s thesis is find out on which kind of level is medical care and communication with psychiatric patients and emergency medical services from Central Bohemia. The results are evaluated and noted to tables and charts.
