Monitorování rukou pracovníků na pracovištích nukleární medicíny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobním monitorováním rukou pracovníků na vybraných odděleních nukleární medicíny. Hlavními cíli této bakalářské práce je popsat způsob monitorování rukou pracovníků, shrnout nejčastější úkony spojené s manipulací radiofarmaka u vybraných profesních skupin a upozornit na případná rizika radiační zátěže rukou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která je zpracována formou literární rešerše a na praktickou část. V rešerši jsou popsány zásady radiační ochrany, monitorování pracovníků a dozimetry, které se využívají k osobnímu monitorování. Dále práce shrnuje nejčastější úkony spojené s manipulací radiofarmaka, u kterých je riziko radiační zátěže rukou. Praktická část práce je tvořena dotazníkovým šetřením, které bylo určeno zaměstnancům nukleární medicíny. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je stanovena nejčastější poloha prstového dozimetru, zda pracovníci při manipulaci s radiofarmaky používají stínící pomůcky a přístup pracovníků ke kontrole kontaminace pracovní plochy, jednorázových rukavic a rukou. Vyhodnocení dotazníku je provedeno formou grafů a tabulek, které obsahují výsledky jednotlivých otázek.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with personal monitoring of the hands of the workers on selected departments of nuclear medicine. The main aims of this Bachelor's thesis are to describe the method of hands monitoring of the workers, to sum up the most frequent operations connected to the manipulation with radiopharmaceuticals in the selected professional groups and to draw attention to the possible risks of radiation load of the hands. The thesis is divided into a theoretical section that is prepared in the form of a literary research and a practical section. The research includes the description of the principles of radiation protection, the monitoring of workers and dosimeters that are used for personal monitoring. Further, the thesis sums up the most frequent operations connected to the manipulation with radiopharmaceuticals where there is a risk of radiation load of the hands. The practical section of the thesis consists of a questionnaire survey that was intended for the employers of nuclear medicine. Based on the questionnaire survey, the most frequent position of the ring dosimeter is established, whether the workers use shielding aids during the manipulation with radiopharmaceuticals and the attitude of the workers to the checking of contamination of the working surface, disposable gloves and hands. The evaluation of the questionnaire is carried out in the form of graphs and tables that include the results of the individual questions.
