Terapie karcinomu mammy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Terapie karcinomu mammy" se zabývá problematikou onemocnění rakoviny prsu. Je zaměřena zejména na diagnostiku, prevenci a léčbu karcinomu mammy. Jsou zde také zmíněny rizikové faktory, které mohou mít vliv na vznik rakoviny, incidenci tohoto onemocnění a nežádoucí účinky radioterapie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii a fyziologii prsu, typy karcinomů prsu, TNM klasifikaci, diagnostické metody, léčebné strategie a nežádoucí účinky terapie. Praktická část je zaměřena na incidenci karcinomu mammy, terapii, prevenci, rizikové faktory a toxicitu po radioterapii

The Bachelor's thesis with the title "Therapy of mamma carcinoma" deals with problems of a breast carcinoma disease. It is focused on diagnosing, prevention and treatment of mamma carcinoma. Risk factors are also mentioned here, which can have an influence on an origin of carcinoma, the incidence of this disease and undesirable effects of a radiation therapy. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I describe the anatomy and physiology of the breast, the types of breast carcinomas, TNM classification, diagnostic methods, medical strategies and the undesirable effects of the therapy. The practical part is focused on the incidence of the mamma carcinoma, therapy, prevention, risk factors and toxicity after the radiation therapy.
