Postavení Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů v bezpečnostním systému České republiky

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je popsání činnosti a legislativy spojené s Generální inspekcí bezpečnostních sborů, dále pak úlohu jakou plní vzhledem k bezpečnostnímu systému České republiky. Teoretická část je vedle popsání Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů rovněž zaměřena na inspekce, které předcházely současné inspekci, včetně jejich odlišností legislativ a zařazení do státní struktury. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání specifik Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů s předchozími inspekcemi. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení změn, které současné postavení inspekce v bezpečnostním systému České republiky transformací z předchozích subjektů přineslo.

The subject of this thesis is to describe activity and legislation connected with General Inspection of the Security Units, and further which role does the inspection play in the security systém of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is besides the General Inspection of the Security Units focused on previous inspections including their differences in legislation and position in the state structure. The practical part is focused on specifics of the General Inspection of Security units in comparison to previous inspections. The final part of the thesis is oriented on evaluation of changes, which brought the tranformation of the previous inspections to present position of the general inspection in the security system of the Czech Republic.
