Současné migrační vlny jako reálná hrozba pro vnitřní bezpečnost EU

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je prezentace aktuálního tématu imigračních vln mířících z různých koutů světa do Evropské unie. Problematika je v práci rozebrána pomocí analýzy dat z mezinárodních organizací, které kvantifikují tuto reálnou hrozbu pro vnitřní fungování států prostoru unie. Součástí práce je také přehled základních pojmů, které se váží k problematice migrace jako uprchlík, imigrace, migrant. Důležitým prvkem v práci je popsání důvodů migrace do Evropské unie, dále rozbor migračních tras a přehled oblastí odkud migranti přicházejí. Nepostradatelnou částí je rozbor reálných hrozeb, které migrace vysokého počtu lidí přináší. V této části jsou nastíněny nejmarkantnější relevantní hrozby spojené s příchodem vysokého počtu osob z jiného kulturního okruhu.

The bachelor thesis analyses the topical issue of the immigration waves heading from different parts of the world to the European Union. The topic is discussed in the thesis using an analysis of data collected by international organizations, which quantify this actual threat to the internal functioning of states belonging to the Union. The thesis also defines basic concepts related to the migration issue, in particular, a refugee, an immigration, a migrant. An important part of the thesis lies in the description of reasons of migration to the European Union, as well as in the analysis of the migration routes and an overview of territories from which the migrants come. An essential aim of the thesis is to specify the real threats brought about by the migration of a large number of people. This part outlines the most significant relevant threats related to the coming of a large number of people from a different cultural background. The research part presents the results of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire survey performed to find out the scope of awareness of respondents of the issue of migration waves. The survey was also designed to document the way how the respondents perceive the risks related to a large number of migrants coming from territories outside the European Union. The data collected have been arranged in graphs and tables. Based on the outcomes of the questionnaire, the thesis evaluates the hypotheses stated in the introduction. The conclusion summarizes the issued discussed.
