Aplikace norem ISO v oblasti zdravotnických prostředků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace norem ISO v oblasti zdravotnických prostředků. Cílem diplomové práce je tvorba metodiky pro volbu relevantních harmonizovaných norem pro účely návrhu a posouzení shody zdravotnického prostředku. Práce popisuje použití harmonizovaných norem v oblasti zdravotnických prostředků, rozdělení norem dle sektoru jejich použití a modely použití konkrétních norem pro různé typy zdravotnických prostředků (obecné zdravotnické prostředky, zdravotnické prostředky in vitro diagnostika, aktivní implantabilní zdravotnické prostředky). Na základě rozdělení harmonizovaných norem je v praktické části vytvořena metodika a pomocí vývojových diagramů znázorněny postupy výběru relevantních norem. Aplikace norem pokrývá celý životní cyklus zdravotnických prostředků. V závěrečné části práce je aplikována vytvořená metodika pro konkrétní zdravotnický prostředek.

This thesis is concerned with possibilities of application ISO standards in field of medical devices. A goal of this thesis is creating of methodics for choice relevant harmonized standards for purposes of design and conformity assessment medical devices. The thesis describes an using of harmonized standards in field of medical devices, division of standards among the sector of their using and models of using concrete standards for different types of medical devices (general medical devices, medical devices in vitro diagnostics, active implantable medical devices). On the basis of division of harmonized standards there is created methodics in the practical part of thesis and with the aid of flowcharts there are represented procedures of choice relevant standards. The application of standards covers the whole life cycle of medical devices. In final part of thesis is applicated the created methodics for concrete medical device.
