Analýza současného stavu controllingu ve zdravotnickém zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu controllingu ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecnou koncepcí, pojetím, a základními funkcemi controllingu, rovněž i možnostmi začlenění controllingu do organizační struktury organizace. Dále je v práci řešena náplň práce controllingového útvaru v organizaci a přínosy controllingu pro manažery a vedení organizace. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na význam operativního a strategického controllingu a jejich metody. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav controllingu ve vybrané oblastní nemocnici. Zaměřili jsme se na náplň práce odboru controllingu a jeho místo v organizační struktuře nemocnice. V práci byly použity metody operativního a strategického controllingu s cílem analyzovat vnější a vnitřní prostředí zdravotnického zařízení a navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zdokonalení controllingu v této nemocnici.

Master´s thesis is based on analysis of current state of controlling in a medical facility. Theoretical part of thesis is about general conception and basic functions of controlling and also options of integration of controlling into organisational structure of organisation. Further along in the thesis, the topic also covers scope of work of controlling department in organisational structure and benefits of controlling for managers and top levels of management in the organisation. Master´s thesis is primarily aimed on operative and strategic controlling and it's methods. In the practical part of thesis is covered current state of controlling in a chosen local hospital. We focused on scope of work of controlling section and it's place in organisational structure of the hospital. In the thesis, there were used methods of operative and strategic controlling with a goal of analysis of outer and inner environment of medical facility and to propose solutions, that could improve controlling in the hospital.
