Vliv hipoterapie na pohybový aparát dítěte s doplněním o monitoring vybraných fyziologických funkcí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem hipoterapie na pohybový aparát dítěte s doplněním o monitoring vybraných fyziologických funkcí pacienta. Cílem práce bylo formou kazuistik posoudit výsledky hipoterapie u třech dětských pacientů. Hipoterapie byla doplněna o monitoring vybraných fyziologických funkcí (tepové frekvence). V teoretické části práce je vypracována rešerše současné literatury. Byly zpracovány poznatky týkající se zooterapie a jejího současného dělení. Podrobněji je popsána hipoterapie z hlediska historie, současného stavu a působení této terapie. Další část je věnována fyziologickým funkcím člověka a faktorům, na kterých závisí jejich změny. Poslední část zahrnuje stručné obecné charakteristiky konkrétních patologií, které se vztahují k pacientům. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistik tří dětských pacientů. Byla provedena vstupní a výstupní kineziologická vyšetření. Na základě vstupních kineziologických rozborů byly pacientům sestaveny krátkodobé a dlouhodobé terapeutické plány a vhodné terapeutické jednotky v rámci hipoterapie. Výstupní kineziologické rozbory jsou zpracovány v kapitole 5 Výsledky v tabulkovém porovnání se vstupními rozbory. Hipoterapie byla v průběhu některých hipoterapeutických jednotek doplněna o monitoring tepové frekvence pacienta a kumulované aktivity pacienta na koni. Měření bylo provedeno neinvazivními senzory.

This bachelor's thesis deals with effect of hippotherapy on musculoskeletal system in children; monitoring of selected physiological functions during therapy. The aim of the thesis was to assess by casuistry results of hippotherapy of three pediatric patients. Hippotherapy was supplemented by monitoring of selected physiological functions (heart rate). Theoretical part is dedicated to literature research. Overview of current knowledge in zootherapy is presented. Hippotherapy is thoroughly discussed, including history, state of the art and known therapy effects. Next section presents an overview of physiological functions in humans and factors on which their perceivable or measurable changes depend on. The last part includes a brief general description of specific pathologies related to patients. Special part of the thesis is processed in form of case studies in three pediatric patients who were observed during several hippotherapeutical sessions. Input and output kinesiology analyses were performed. Input kinesiology analyses were used to build a short and long term hippotherapeutical plans and appropriate course of therapy. Output kinesiology analyses were compared with input kinesiology analyses and results was processed in tables in chapter number 5 Results. In selected hippotherapy sessions patient's heart rate and cumulated activity (of patient on horse) was measured. The measurement was carried out by non-invasive wireless measurement system.
