Klasifikace a oceňování radioterapeutických zdravotnických přístrojů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá klasifikací a oceňováním radioterapeutických zdravotnických přístrojů. Zahrnuje analýzu přístupů ke klasifikaci a třídění radioterapeutické zdravotnické techniky z hlediska světového pohledu i v rámci České republiky. Tato analýza slouží jako inspirace pro zefektivnění návrhu klasifikačního systému radioterapeutické techniky. Návrh vychází z pilotní verze projektu ,,Kategorizace a ocenění zdravotnické techniky a zdravotnických prostředků" iniciovaným Ústavem zdravotnických informací a statistiky ČR. Zefektivnění proběhlo v oblasti definic, synonym a technických příznaků. V rámci zefektivnění byla klasifikace také rozšířena o oblast oceňování jednotlivých kategorií. Proto byly vytvořeny procesní schémata fungující jako návod pro vyhledávání kupních smluv z Veřejných zakázek uskutečněných na území České republiky, které slouží k vydefinování cen této přístrojové techniky dle uvedených nákupních cen. Tyto ceny byly statisticky přepočteny a porovnány s cenami uvedenými v registračních listech výkonu.

This work deals with the classification and evaluation of radiotherapeutic medical devices. It includes an analysis of approaches to the classification and classification of radiotherapy medical technology from the point of view of the world view and within the Czech Republic. This analysis serves as an inspiration for streamlining the design of the radiotherapy classification system. The proposal is based on the pilot version of the project "Categorization and evaluation of Medical Technology and Medical Devices" initiated by the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic. Streamlining has taken place in terms of definitions, synonyms and technical parameters. Within the framework of streamlining, classification was also extended to the area of valuation of individual categories. Therefore, process schemes were developed as a guide for searching for purchase contracts from Public Procurement carried out on the territory of the Czech Republic, which serve to define the prices of this apparatus according to the above mentioned purchase prices. These prices have been statistically recalculated and compared with the prices shown in the performance certificate sheets.
