Analýza nákladů chirurgického oddělení nemocnice Slaný

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice Slaný. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je identifikace slabých míst a návrh případných změn v chodu oddělení. V teoretické části práce je formou literární rešerše zpracováno téma řízení nákladů ve zdravotnických zařízeních ve světě a v České republice. Experimentální část práce se věnuje představení Nemocnice Slaný a chirurgického oddělení s nastíněním provozu tohoto oddělení. V rámci experimentální části práce je provedena analýza nákladů chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice Slaný v letech 2013-2015, dále je aplikována ABC kalkulace na diagnózy K358, K409 a K802 a jsou zmapovány a analyzovány hlavní procesy a činnosti probíhající na chirurgickém oddělení. Výstupem diplomové práce je vymezení slabých míst v provozu a chodu oddělení a doporučení možných změn.

This Master´s thesis is focused on performing a cost analysis at surgical ward of Slany Hospital. The main goal of the thesis is to identify potential weak points and to suggest possible changes in the management of the surgical ward to increase efficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of costs in healthcare institutions in the world and in the Czech Republic in the form of research in literature. The experimental part of the thesis presents Slany Hospital and the surgical ward while providing insight into the operation of the ward. In the experimental part, Slany Hospital surgical ward cost analysis is performed in years 2013-2015, followed by the Activity Based Costing calculation for diagnoses coded K358, K409 and K802. Main processes and activities taking place in the surgery ward are mapped and analyzed. The two main outcomes of the thesis are definition of weaknesses in the operation of the ward and recommendations of possible changes to increase efficiency of the ward management.
