Návrh realizace propojení jednotlivých informačních systému používaných ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu realizace propojení informačních systémů ÚVN, tak aby bylo možné zaznamenat zdravotnické prostředky používané při poskytování zdravotní péče pacientům. K realizaci návrhu bylo nejprve nutné zmapovat informační systémy a~seznámit se s~vedením zdravotnické dokumentace na vybraných odděleních. Dále bylo nutné analyzovat vedení zdravotnické dokumentace a~konzultovat se zaměstnanci jejich požadavky na nové rozšíření systému. Procesy, včetně nově navržené manipulace s čtečkou čárových kódů, jsou popsány pomocí procesních map. Výsledkem práce je návrh řešení spočívající v zaznamenávání zdravotnických prostředků pomocí čtečky čárových kódů, včetně grafického návrhu obrazovek čtečky a popisu nových možností využití takto získaných dat.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a proposal for the realization of the interconnection of the information systems of the "UVN" in order to record the medical devices used in the provision of the health care to the patients. To implement the proposal, it was first necessary to map the information systems and to get acquainted with the management of medical records at selected departments. Furthermore, it was necessary to analyze the management of medical records and to consult their employees about their requirements for a new system extension. Processes, including newly designed barcode reader manipulations, are described using process maps. The result of the thesis is a solution consisting of the recording of medical devices using a barcode reader, including the graphic design of the scanner screen and a description of the new possibilities of using the data obtained.
