Analýza stresu a poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče u Policie České republiky

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je problematika analýzy stresu a poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče u Policie České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na popsání problematiky systému posttraumatické intervenční péče a systému kolegiální podpory se zaměřením na jejich vývoj a současný stav v podmínkách Policie České republiky obecně a konkrétně pak u Krajského ředitelství policie Středočeského kraje. Dále jsou charakterizována a podrobněji rozebrána další související témata jako jsou stres, trauma, posttraumatická stresová porucha a syndrom vyhoření. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část, ve které jsou vymezeny cíle práce, hypotézy, jsou zde popsány výzkumný vzorek a metody. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit povědomí o současných možnostech psychologické pomoci u Policie České republiky a důvěru policistů v takto poskytované služby. Také jsme se zaměřili na zjištění míry ohrožení stresem a syndromem vyhoření u policistů. Zvolené cíle byly řešeny pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi policisty Policie ČR v rámci Krajského ředitelství policie Středočeského kraje. Provedeným výzkumem jsme zjistili poměrně dobré povědomí respondentů o poskytovaných psychologických službách a důvěru v takto poskytované služby. V rámci výzkumu jsme rovněž zjistili souvislost mezi délkou služebního poměru a ohrožením syndromem vyhoření u příslušníků Policie ČR a také se nám potvrdilo, že policisté zařazení na obvodních odděleních jsou ohroženi stresem ve větší míře než policisté u jiných součástí Policie ČR. Na základě zjištěných údajů jsme provedli analýzu stanovených hypotéz. V této práci jsme se rovněž zabývali dosavadním využíváním systému posttraumatické intervenční péče a potřebou tohoto typu pomoci do budoucna. Zjištěná data vyúsťují v navrhovaná opatření a mohou být dále předmětem dalších výzkumů v oblasti krizové intervence u Policie ČR, ale i u jiných bezpečnostních sborů ČR.

This thesis primarily focuses on stress analysis and provision of post-traumatic interventional care to officers of the Police of the Czech Republic. The paper is divided into two parts - a theoretical one and one containing a research based on the theory. The theory provides a detailed description of post-traumatic interventional care system and that of peer support within the structures of the Police of the Czech Republic both at general and regional levels, specifically focusing on the branch of the Regional Police Directorate of the Central Bohemian Region. Also, further accompanying topics, e.g. stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and occupational burnout, are defined and closely examined. Then, the thesis proceeds to its research section outlining the goals, conceptual framework and underlying hypotheses of the experimentation and the research group and methods. The research intends to map the awareness of current status of possibilities of psychological aid provided by the Police of the Czech Republic among the members of the Police force and their confidence in such services. Furthermore, we attempted to assess the level of exposure to stress and occupational burnout factors with the Police force members. The solutions were sought by means of anonymous questionnaires distributed to the Police Force members of the Regional Police Directorate of the Central Bohemian Region. The results show that their level of awareness of the services provided is significant and so is the confidence. Also, a connection between the length of the employment and the danger of occupational burnout of police officers with the level of exposure to stress factors being considerably higher with the officers stationed at regional departments than those employed in different divisions of the Force. Based on the gathered data we analysed the set hypotheses and the utilisation of the post-traumatic interventional care and the need of such services in future. The data offer proposed measures and possibilities of further research in the crisis intervention within the Police of the Czech Republic structures and also those of other security forces.
