Posttraumatická stresová porucha u pracovníků složek integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou (PTSD) u příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS). Je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se věnujeme popisu této poruchy, jaké existují příčiny jejího vzniku, jak ji lze rozpoznat, léčit, ale i jak jí předcházet. Druhou, výzkumnou část, tvoří dotazníková studie, které se zúčastnilo 362 respondentů, detailní rozbor, popis a SWOT analýzy systémů psychologické péče u jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Diskuse práce je obohacena informacemi, jež jsme získali v rámci pěti rozhovorů s psychology, jež poskytují své služby právě u těchto tří složek. Tato práce si stanovila několik výzkumných cílů. U zaměstnanců Policie ČR, Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR a zdravotnické záchranné služby jsme mapovali povědomí o posttraumatické stresové poruše, znalost využití posttraumatické intervenční péče v rámci organizace a samotnou četnost využívání této služby. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou a cílem bylo pak zjistit funkčnost jednotlivých systémů psychologických služeb vzhledem k minimalizaci rozvoje posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Dospěli jsme ke zjištění, že povědomí o posttraumatické stresové poruše i využití posttraumatické intervenční péče je u pracovníků těchto složek vcelku na vysoké úrovni, bohužel žádostí o psychickou pomoc je, oproti vnímaným potřebám jednotlivých respondentů, stále málo. Jako funkční, vzhledem k minimalizaci rozvoje posttraumatické stresové poruchy, shledáváme systém psychologické péče u Policie ČR a Hasičského záchranného sboru ČT. Systém psychosociální intervenční služby zdravotnické záchranné služby hodnotíme aktuálně, pro nedostatek personálního zajištění psychologů a chybějící interní nařízení o poskytování psychologických služeb, jako částečně funkční. V závěru naší práce jsme vyvodili několik doporučení využitelných pro praxi i námětů na pokračování v tomto výzkumu.

This thesis deals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the members of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). It is divided into two parts. In the first part, we deal with the description of this disorder, the causes of its origin, how it can be recognized, treated, but also how to prevent it. The second, research part is made of a questionnaire study, which was attended by 362 respondents, detailed analysis, description and SWOT analysis of psychological care systems of individual components of the integrated rescue system. The discussion of work is enriched with the information we have gained in five interviews with psychologists who provide their care to these three services. This work has set several research objectives. We have mapped the awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder, knowledge of the use of post-traumatic intervention care within the organization and the frequency of use of this service for employees of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and medical rescue service. The main research question and aim was to determine the functionality of individual systems of psychological services in order to minimize the development of posttraumatic stress disorder. We have come to the conclusion that the awareness of posttraumatic stress disorder and the use of posttraumatic intervention care is quite high amongst the staff of these services, unfortunately, the demand for psychological assistance is still low compared to the perceived needs of individual respondents. In view of minimizing the development of post-traumatic stress disorder, we find a system of psychological care at the Police of the Czech Republic and the Czech Fire Rescue Service functional. The system of psychosocial intervention services of the medical rescue service is currently being evaluated as partially operable due to the lack of staffing of psychologists and the lack of internal regulations on the provision of psychological services. At the end of our work, we drew up several recommendations that could be used for practice and topics to continue with this research.
