Očkování příslušníků PČR a HZS ČR proti vybraným infekčním onemocněním

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se věnujeme proočkovanosti příslušníků Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky proti vybraným infekčním nemocem a výskytem těchto nemocí ve zmíněných bezpečnostních sborech. V teoretické části práce popisujeme historii očkování, imunitu, druhy, typy a možnosti aplikace očkovacích látek. Dále se věnujeme jednotlivým infekčním onemocněním, jejich původcům, výskytu, klinickým příznakům, možnostem léčby a očkování. V posledním oddíle teoretické části se zabýváme organizací očkování v České republice a vlastním očkováním příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Praktická část předložené práce je zaměřena na zjištění proočkovanosti proti vybraným infekčním onemocněním a komparaci získaných údajů s výskytem infekčních onemocnění u příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Zdrojem dat byly jednotlivé Informační zprávy zdravotnického zařízení Ministerstva vnitra České republiky za roky 2011-2016. Součástí praktické části je kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník obsahuje 17 otázek zaměřených na výskyt infekčních nemocí u příslušníků Polici České republiky a Hasičského Záchranného Sboru České republiky, jejich názory, zkušenosti a znalosti o očkování a vybraných infekčních onemocněních. Z vyhodnocených statistických dat a dotazníků vyplývá, že proočkovanost proti virovým hepatitidám A a B dosahuje 87 % a má vzestupný trend. U klíšťové encefalitidy a chřipky je ročně naočkováno několik tisíc příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. U meningokokové meningitidy je ročně naočkováno řádově několik desítek příslušníků. Výzkumem bylo dále zjištěno, že výskyt vybraných infekčních onemocnění u příslušníků obou bezpečnostních sborů je pouze sporadický. Dotazníkovým šetřením bylo odhaleno, že policisté a hasiči mají znalosti o infekčních nemocech pouze na základní úrovni, pokládají však očkování za důležité v boji proti infekčním nemocem.

This diploma thesis deals with the vaccination of members of the Police of the Czech Republic and Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, against selected infectious diseases. It also deals with occurrence of these selected diseases within the above mentioned organizations. In the theoretical part of the diploma, we deal with history of vaccination, immunity, the various types and application possibilities of antibody vaccination. Furthermore, we focus on individual infectious diseases, their sources, occurrence symptoms, treatment possibilities and vaccination. In the last section of the theoretical part, we deal with the organization of nationwide vaccination, in the Czech Republic, and the vaccination of the members of the police a fire rescue service. The practical part of the diploma centers on finding out the inoculation against chosen infectious diseases and the comparison with data, dealing with the occurrence of infectious diseases among members of the security forces. Used data sources were individual medical clinic reports of the Ministry of interior between years 2011 and 2016. Part of the practical section is formed by quantitative research, using a questionnaire. The questionnaire contains 17 questions, focused on the occurrence of the infectious disease, amongst members of the police force a fire rescue service of the Czech Republic, their opinions, personal experience and knowledge about vaccination and also selected infectious diseases. It may be concluded, from the analyzed statistical data and questionnaire, that the vaccination of the hepatitis A and B antibodies is at 87 % and has rising trend. Every year, several thousand members of the security forces are vaccinated against tick-borne encephalitis and the flu. Tens of the members of the security forces are yearly vaccinated against meningococcal meningitides. The analysis further uncovered that occurrence of the selected infectious diseases, among members of both forces, is only sporadic. The questionnaire survey uncovered that policemen and firemen have basic knowledge about infectious diseases. They, however, consider vaccination to be important in the fight against infectious diseases.
