Epidemiologické hrozby a připravenost vybraných ZZS na převoz infekčních pacientů

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Epidemiologické hrozby a připravenost vybraných ZZS na převoz infekčních pacientů je analyzovat možnosti a vybavení vybraných zdravotnických záchranných služeb na převoz pacienta s VNN a následně navrhnout eventuality, které by mohly vést k zefektivnění práce jejich výjezdových skupin. Diplomová práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části. V první, teoretické části, nazvané Současný stav, je obecně pojednáno o infekčních onemocněních. Prostřednictvím literární rešerše a zkoumáním odborných zdrojů je popsána historie infekčních nemocí a proces přenosu a šíření nákaz. Dále jsou rozebrány vybrané epidemiologické hrozby dnešní doby. V závěru první části je popsána připravenost České republiky na vznik a řešení epidemie či pandemie. Praktická výzkumná část je druhým oddílem diplomové práce, která je zaměřená na řešení stanovených cílů. Metodou komparativní analýzy jsou porovnány zdravotnické záchranné služby České republiky ve vybavenosti a připravenosti na převoz pacienta s VNN. V diplomové práci je porovnáváno 8 ZZS ČR. Pro získání potřebných dat k výzkumu byla vytvořena tabulka, obsahující ochranné prostředky a náležitosti, související se zkoumanou problematikou. Data byla prostřednictvím emailu distribuována všem krajským ZZS ČR. Tabulku vyplnilo 8 ze 14 oslovených ZZS. Následně bylo vyhodnoceno, zda jednotlivé ZZS vybranými prostředky disponují či nikoliv. Výsledky jsou prezentovány formou tabulek a zároveň v podobě grafů. Dále jsou analyzovány legislativní normy, týkající se problematiky převozu infekčních pacientů prostřednictvím ZZS. V samotném závěru jsou pak navrženy změny, které by mohly vést k zefektivnění práce a také přispět k většímu bezpečí pro výjezdové skupiny ZZS při péči o pacienta s VNN. Výsledky této práce umožňují získat ucelený přehled nad zkoumanou problematikou a zároveň ukazují nedostatky v legislativě a nejednotnosti v řízení a zabezpečování přednemocniční neodkladné péče na území České republiky.

The main goal of this diploma thesis named Epidemiological Threats and the Readiness of the Selected Ambulance Services for the Transport of Infected Patients is to analyze the possibilities and the equipment of selected ambulance medical services for transportation of a patient with HID and then propose recommendations that could lead to more efficient work of the ambulance crews. This diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical part, called the Current State, infectious diseases are described in general. The history of infectious diseases and the process of transmission and spread of infections are described in a literary research and by exploration of the professional resources. Detailed analysis of selected epidemiological threats of today's world follows after this chapter. At the end of the theoretical part the readiness of the Czech Republic for the rise and resolution of an epidemic or pandemic diseases is described. The practical research in the second part of the diploma thesis is focused on an accomplishment of the set goals. By usage of the method of comparative analysis, ambulance medical services of the Czech Republic in terms of quality of equipment and readiness for transport of the patient with HID is compared. There are 8 EMS compared in this diploma thesis. A table containing protective equipment related to the examined subject has been created in order to obtain the relevant data for research. This data was distributed via an email to all regional EMS of the Czech Republic. The table was filled in by 8 out of 14 contacted EMS. After collection of the responses, it has been evaluated which EMS have the selected equipment at hand and which not. The results are presented in the form of a table and in the form of graphs as well. In the next part of this document legislative norms relating to the transfer of infectious patients through the EMS are analyzed. In the very end of this diploma thesis recommendations which could contribute to more efficient work and that could also lead to safer work for EMS workers during their care of a patient with HID are proposed. The results of this thesis allow us to get a comprehensive summary of the examined issues and also show us the shortcomings in the legislation and imperfections in the management and provision of pre-hospital emergency care in the Czech Republic.
