Analýza možnosti použití sil a prostředků k řešení migrační vlny velkého rozsahu v rámci České republiky

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současných sil a prostředků využitelných pro bezpečnostní opatření při krizové situaci migrační vlna velkého rozsahu a navržení konkrétních opatření, které povedou k jejich zefektivnění. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány zásadní pojmy s migrací a jejím vývojem na území České republiky související; jsou blíže analyzovány příčiny migrace a její dopady na současnou tvář Evropy a jejích členských států a v souvislosti s vlastním cílem práce je popsána bezpečnostní hrozba migrační vlna velkého rozsahu v rámci České republiky včetně rozboru platné legislativy v návaznosti na migrační evropskou migrační politiku a migrační politiku České republiky. Praktická část práce řeší pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru problematiku hotspotů a dále síly a prostředky České republiky v souvislosti se zvládnutím krizové situace migrační vlna velkého rozsahu, které jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy. Cílem práce je zjištění připravenosti České republiky a příslušných odpovědných orgánů na řešení této situace a navržení zefektivnění pomocí přijetí opatření, které povedou k minimalizaci dopadů migračních vln velkého rozsahu pro Českou republiku.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current forces and means that can be used for security measures in the crisis situation of large-scale migration wave and to propose specific measures that will make them more effective. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of migration and its development on the territory of the Czech Republic; the causes of migration and its impacts on the contemporary face of Europe and its member states are analyzed and the security threat of the large-scale migration wave within the Czech Republic is described in connection with the actual aim of the work including an analysis of valid legislation in connection with migration policy and migration policy the Czech Republic. Practical part of the thesis solves the problem of hotspots and the forces and resources of the Czech Republic in the context of managing the large-scale migration wave crisis situation, which are evaluated using SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to find out the readiness of the Czech Republic and relevant responsible bodies to solve this situation and to propose streamlining by adopting measures that will minimize the impacts of large-scale migration waves on the Czech Republic.
