Transport postiženého z pohledu Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním vybraných prostředků první pomoci, hlavně se zaměřením na transport pacienta. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na deskripci aktuálního stavu vybavenosti jednotek PO, ve vztahu k jejich činnosti, hodnocení rozsahu a celistvosti zvolené koncepce s návazností na řešené položky zdravotnických prostředků. V této části je uveden přehled prostředků, které využívají jednotky požární ochrany k transportu pacienta. Je zde popsán vývoj Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a změny v činnostech jednotek požární ochrany, vznik Integrovaného záchranného systému a postoj jeho složek. V praktické části se práce věnuje zhodnocením stávající výbavy a potřebou její změny, průzkumem trhu a možnostem získání prostředků k testování. Následně se v práci získané prostředky zkoušejí dle stanovených kritérií. V další části jsou výsledky testování vyhodnoceny. V poslední části práce je v návaznosti na vyhodnocení, uveden návrh na vylepšení výbavy vozidel prostředky první pomoci, zejména v oblasti transportu pacienta.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of selected equipment of first aid, especially with the focus on patient transportation. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the current state of the facilities of fire units, in relation to their activities, evaluation of the range and integrity of the chosen concept with the relation to the solved items of medical devices. This section provides an overview of the resources used by fire units to transport the patient. This part describes the development of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and changes in the activities of the fire units, the creation of the Integrated Rescue System and the attitude of its components. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the existing equipment and the need for its change, the market research and the possibilities of obtaining the means for testing. Subsequently, the obtained means are tested according to established criteria. In the next section, test results are evaluated. In the last part of the work, following the evaluation, the proposal for improvement of vehicle equipment with first aid, especially in the area of patient transport.
