Analýza možností teroristického útoku za použití bezpilotních leteckých prostředků

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma Analýza možností teroristického útoku za použití bezpilotních leteckých prostředků je přiblížit problematiku komerčně dostupných bezpilotních leteckých prostředků (UAV) a nebezpečí při jejich zneužití v teroristických útocích. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny pojmy související s UAV, jejich dělení a popis jednotlivých systémů a funkcí kterými jsou vybaveny. V práci je dále popsána legislativa, kterou se řídí provoz bezpilotních leteckých prostředků v České republice, rizika nezákonného použití těchto prostředků a možnosti jejich detekce a eliminace. V závěru práce jsou na komerčně prodávané kvadrokoptéře zjištěny vlastnosti potřebné pro její zneužití a jsou provedeny simulace několika typů teroristických útoků prostřednictvím modelovacích nástrojů TerEx a ALOHA. Ze získaných dat a informací je provedena SWOT analýza.

The aim of the Diploma thesis on Analyses of possibilities of terrorist attack using unmanned aerial vehicles is to approach the issue of commercially available unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and the danger of their misuse within terrorist attacks. The initial part of the thesis outlines the notions related to the UAV, their division and description of individual systems and functions with which they are equipped. The thesis furthermore describes the legislature governing the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles in the Czech Republic, risks of illegal use of these vehicles and possibilities of their detection and elimination. The conclusion finds out about the properties of a commercially sold quadrocopter, necessary for its misuse, and includes simulations of several types of terrorist attacks through modelling tools TerEx and ALOHA. The obtained data and information serve as a basis for SWAT analysis.
