Kompenzační cvičení pro hráče ledního hokeje

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě kineziologické analýzy, informací získaných z ankety a vlastního pozorování sestavit jednotku kompenzačního cvičení, kterou je možné začlenit do tréninkového procesu hráčů ledního hokeje. V jednotlivých kapitolách teoretické části podáváme na základě studia odborné literatury ucelené informace, převážně obecných poznatků různých vědních disciplín jako jsou anatomie, biomechanika, fyziologie, antropomotorika, nebo kineziologie. Samostatnou kapitolou je metodika, jejímž významem je popsat veškeré použité diagnostické a terapeutické metody, které jsou použity v praktické části a pracoviště, kde je terapie prováděna. V praktické části jsou kineziologicky vyšetřeni a anketou otázáni všichni probandi. Tato část je rozšířena o vlastním pozorováním, které upřesňuje postup terapie během měsíců. V závěru práce je provedeno podle vstupního vyšetření zhodnocení kompenzačního cvičení a výsledky jsou doplněny o dotazník subjektivního hodnocení celé terapie.

The goal of this thesis is to construct compensatory exercise which could become a part of a training process for ice hockey players based on a kinesiology analysis, information gathered using a questionnaire and personal observation. The individual chapters of the theoretical part give comprehensive information gained from the research of specialized literature, mainly general findings from various scientific disciplines like anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, antropomotorics or kinesiology. Methodology is a separate chapter, the purpose of which is to describe all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures used in the practical part of the thesis, as well as the workplace where the therapy took place. In the practical part, all probands are kinesiologicaly examined and they filled in a questionnaire monthly. This part also contains personal observation, which specifies the process of the therapy in its duration. At the end of the thesis, in accordance with the entry examination, the efficacy of the compensatory exercise is evaluated and the findings are complemented with the final questionnaire of subjective assessment of the whole therapy
