Efekt Mechanické Diagnostiky a Terapie(R) u pacientů s vertebroalgickým syndromem krční a bederní páteře

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vertebroalgického syndromu, s ním souvisejícími klinickými příznaky a efektem léčby pomocí Mechanické Diagnostiky a Terapie(R). Práce je rozdělena do několika navzájem navazujících částí, které jsou potřebné pro orientaci v dané problematice. V úvodu teoretické části je probrána anatomie a kineziologie krční a bederní páteře. Dále je probrána bolest jako symptom vertebrogenního onemocnění, na kterém se zkoumá efekt léčebné metody. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány klinické symptomy vertebrogenního algického syndromu, jeho rozdělení a specifika jednotlivých druhů. Dále jsou uvedeny možnosti běžně využívané diagnostiky, možnosti léčby a používané fyzioterapeutické postupy. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří princip metody Mechanické Diagnostiky a Terapie(R). V kapitole Metodologie je popsán průběh sběru dat, vyšetřovací postup a vyšetřovací spis MDT(R), další použité vyšetření a terapeutické postupy. Speciální část bakalářské práce pojednává o vlastním průběhu terapie šesti pacientů, na kterých se pomocí hodnocení bolesti posuzuje efekt zkoumané metody. Vždy obsahuje specializovaný vyšetřovací spis, vstupní vyšetření, vlastní průběh terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření a hodnocení efektu terapie. Kapitoly Diskuze a Závěr jsou věnovány hodnocení efektu terapie u vertebrogenního syndromu pomocí McKenzie metody(R). Poznatky jsou konfrontovány s terapeutickými postupy prof. Koláře.

This thesis deals with the problematics of the vertebroalgic syndrom, its clinical symptoms and the effects of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy(R) to treat the vertebroalgic syndrom. The thesis is devided into several parts, such structure is important for comprehension. In the introduction, the theoretic part explains the cervical and lumbar spine anatomy and kinesiology as well as the pain considered as a symptom of vertebroalgic syndrom on which the effects of this method are examined. In the following chapters, the clinical symptoms of the vertebroalgic syndrom, its classification and the specifics of all particular kinds are described. The possibilities of common diagnostics, treatments and physiotherapeutic procedures are also included. The separated chapter includes the principles of the MDT(R). In the chapter named Methodology, the data gathering process, examination procedure, the MDT(R) assessment forms and other treatment and therapeutic procedures are described. The Special part gives a detailed description of the treatment of six patients. The effect of the method depends on the pain level according to the evaluation of each patient. It always includes a special assessment form, the progress of the therapy units, medical examinations at the beginning and at the end and therapy effect evaluation. The chapters Discussion and Conclusion evaluate the therapy at the vertebroalgic syndrom with help of the McKenzie method. The findings are compared with the therapeutic procedures of Prof. Kolář.
