Využití modelování v systému hodnocení zdravotnické techniky v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem modelování v systému hodnocení zdravotnické techniky v České republice. Práce obsahuje zmapování problematiky modelování v publikovaných HTA studiích jak v zahraničí, tak v České republice. Z vyhledaných a analyzovaných studií jsou vytyčeny klíčové oblasti pro implementaci rozhodovacích stromů a Markových modelů. Další řešenou záležitostí je specifikace technických a ekonomických outcomes a jejich zpracování na příkladech. Cílem práce je vytvořit postup pro modelování za využití rozhodovacích stromů a aplikovat jej na reálném příkladu. Příklad obsahoval dva způsoby podání chemoterapie. Data byla sbírána metodou desk research. Rozhodovací strom byl vytvořen v programu TreeAge Pro 2015 a vyhodnocen analýzou užitečnosti nákladů. Jako vítězná metoda po zanesení všech statistických okolností vyšla strategie podání V domácí péči.

The Master's Thesis deals with design of models in the health technology assessment system in the Czech Republic. Part of the thesis is the mapping of modeling issues in published HTA studies both abroad and in the Czech Republic. In the thesis there is an identification of key areas for implementation of decision trees and Markov models from the researched and analyzed studies. Another solved matter is the specification of technical and economic outcomes and their processing on examples. The aim of the thesis is to create a procedure for modeling using decision trees and apply it on a real example. The example contained two modes of administration of chemotherapy. The data was collected by desk research. The decision tree was created in software TreeAge Pro 2015 and evaluated by the CUA method. The conclusion of the research reflecting all statistical circumstances is that the preferred method is the home care strategy.
