Návrh na zavedení systému strategického řízení

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou strategického řízení ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Teoretická část řeší rešeršní zpracování problematiky, současný stav a formuluje obecný teoretický model strategického řízení. Praktická část aplikuje poznatky na rehabilitační zdravotnické zařízení a navrhuje konkrétní systém strategického řízení. Cílem diplomové práce je formulovat a navrhnout vhodný systém strategického řízení pro Rehamed s.r.o. Za pomocí STEPE analýzy, Groveova modelu šesti sil a analýzy vnitřního prostředí firmy jsou identifikovány hlavní faktory prostředí, které jsou následně shrnuty do SWOT analýzy. Na základě výpočtu nejdůležitějších faktorů ze SWOT analýzy je zvolena nejvhodnější strategie a navržen model strategického řízení pro rehabilitační kliniku. Na závěr jsou doporučeny konkrétní změny při zavádění.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic management in a health care facility. The theoretical part looks into problems faced by current management system and formulates a general theoretical model to solve them. The practical part applies this knowledge to a selected medical facility and proposes a specific system of strategic management for a selected rehabilitation clinic. The aim of the diploma thesis is to formulate and propose a suitable strategic management system for Rehamed s.r.o. Using the STEPE analysis, Grove's six-power model, and analysis of the company's internal environment, the main environmental factors are identified and then summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the calculation of the most important factors from the SWOT analysis, the most appropriate strategy is chosen and a strategic management model for the rehabilitation clinic is proposed. Specific changes for implementation are recommended in conclusion.
