Hodnocení přínosů nové gastroenterologické diagnózy v sazebníku zdravotních pojišťoven

Abstract

V současné době se v gastroenterologické praxi stále používají konvenční přístupy a metody, ačkoliv na trhu existují moderní řešení, která mohou radikálně zkrátit léčbu, rekonvalescenci pacienta a snížit riziko spojené s chirurgickým zákrokem. Pojišťovny skutečnost moderních technologií k zařazení do sazebníků nezohledňují. Předložená práce pomocí variantního řešení metodou pořadí, metodou váženého součtu a metodou nákladové efektivity zhodnocuje rizika a finanční náročnost u vybraných gastroenterologických výkonů. Výsledkem práce je prokazatelný ekonomický, technický a klinický přínos u dvou stanovených diagnóz využívající moderní přístupy v gastroenterologické praxi za použití speciálních fixačních klipů.

Currently, conventional approaches and methods are still used in gastroenterological practice, although there are modern solutions on the market that can radically shorten treatment, reduce convalescence, and reduce the risk of surgical intervention. Insurance companies do not take into account the fact that modern technologies are included in the tariffs. The presented work, using the method of ordering, the weighted sum approach and the cost effectiveness analysis evaluates the risks and financial demands of selected gastroenterological procedures. The result of this work is demonstrable economic, technical and clinical benefit in two established diagnoses using modern approaches in gastroenterological practice using special fixation clips.
