Rozdíly v refrakčním deficitu u noční myopie

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou noční myopie. Tématu předchází etiologie a klasifikace myopie. Dále je popsána teorie barevného vidění, se zaměřením na fotopické, mezopické a skotopické podmínky. Následující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na symptomy noční myopie, důvody jejího vzniku, možnosti vyšetření této vady a představení korekce. Pozornost je věnována především akomodaci a aberacím vyšších řádů, jakožto hlavním faktorům vyvolávající tento stav. Experimentální části se zúčastnilo 50 probandů, na kterých byl naměřen refrakční deficit za mezopických a skotopických podmínek.

The thesis deals with the issues of night myopia. The project firstly describes etiology and classifies myopia before it focuses on the main topic of night myopia. The theory of colour perception is also described in this work, mainly the photopic, mesopic and scotopic conditions. Next chapters focus on symptoms of night myopia, its main causes, possibilities of examination and correction. The primary focus of this work is on accommodation and higher order aberrations of the eye, which are major factors contributing to the formation of night myopia. There were 50 people tested in the experiment in order to measure the refraction deficiency in mesopic and scotopic conditions.
