Porovnání manuální terapie a Reboxu při ovlivnění bolesti v oblasti krční páteře

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je porovnání manuální terapie a Reboxu při ovlivnění bolesti v oblasti krční páteře. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a biomechanickými vlastnostmi krční páteře, jejími nejčastějšími obtížemi a vyšetřením, popisem manuální terapie, přístrojem Rebox a jeho využitím. V praktické části jsou zpracovány kazuistiky 12 pacientů, mužů i žen, kteří byli rozděleni do dvou skupin po šesti pacientech. Jedna skupina absolvovala manuální terapii a druhá skupina byla ošetřena přístrojem Rebox. Na základě výsledků získaných z vyšetření, je zhodnocena efektivita manuální terapie, přístroje Rebox, a také jsou tyto metody srovnány vůči sobě. V závěru práce je zhodnoceno dosažení cíle této bakalářské práce.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of the manual therapy and Rebox of the pain in the cervical area. The theoretical part deals with anatomy and biomechanical aspects of the cervical spine, its most frequent problems and examination, description of the manual therapy, the Rebox and its use. In the practical part, there are processed casuistries of 12 patients, men and women, who were divided into two groups of six people. One group underwent the manual therapy and the second group underwent the Rebox therapy. Based on the results of the examination the effectiveness of the manual therapy and the Rebox are evaluated. This part of the work also contains a comparison of the chosen methods. At the end of the work the achievement of this bachelor thesis is evaluated.
