Porovnání efektivity HPLT u pacientů s poruchami pohybového systému

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce, je ověření a statistické vyhodnocení analgetického efektu vysokovýkonné laserové terapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Do výzkumu ve speciální části bylo zahrnuto 191 pacientů s VAS, kteří byli rozděleni do skupin dle pohlaví, věku a terapeutického přístroje. Pro více srovnávacích možností byla vybrána kontrolní skupina probandů se stejnou diagnózou, čítající dalších 33 osob. Ta absolvovala pouze manuální terapii. Výsledky statistických souborů jsou porovnávány mezi sebou a v diskuzi i se zahraniční literaturou. Teoretická část pojednává o vertebrogenním algickém syndromu, jeho etiologii a je popsána i bolest, která pacientům snižuje kvalitu života. Je zde zmíněna komplexní fyzioterapeutické péče pacientů s touto diagnózou. Poslední část teoretické části se věnuje laserové terapii, jejímu principu a účinkům. V metodice této práce je popsán indukční klíč pro výběr statistického souboru probandů vysokovýkonné laserové terapie a postup při jeho zpracovávání. V této části je též blíže popsána kontrolní skupina, postup při jejím výběru, vyšetření a průběh terapie.

The subject of this thesis is the verifcation and evaluation of the analgetic effects of the high-power laser therapy at the patients with the vertebrogenic algesic syndrome. The special part does the research which includes 191 patients with VAS who were divided into groups according to their sex, age and used therapeutic machine. The probands were chosen with the same diagnosis to get more comparative possibilities, in total 33 people. This group underwent only manual therapy. The results of statistical fles were compared to each other and then to the literature from abroad in the chapter Discussion. The theoretic part is about vertebroalgic syndrom, its etiology and the pain which signifcantly decreases the quality of life of the patients is described. The complex physiotherapeutic care at the patients with this diagnosis is also mentioned. The last theoretic part is dedicated to the laser therapy, to its principle and effects. In the methodology, there is a description of method which was used for choosing the statistical fle of probands for high intensity laser therapy and also its processing. In addition, there is more detailed characteristics of the group of patients, the criteria of the choice as well as the examination and the process of therapy.
