Pokroky dialyzační léčby při intoxikacích

Abstract

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá pokroky v dialyzační léčbě intoxikací. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá vývojem dialyzační léčby od jejích počátků až do současné doby. V chronologickém pořadí je zde pojednáno o nejzásadnějších milnících, které ovlivnily vývoj dialyzační léčby. Dále se práce věnuje jednotlivým hemoeliminačním metodám, a to jak intermitentním, tak i kontinuálním. U každé metody je popsán princip jejího fungování, technické zabezpečení potřebné pro její provedení, rizika a komplikace, které metoda přináší a její indikace a kontraindikace. Závěr teoretické části je věnován jednotlivým intoxikacím, pro jejichž léčbu je některá hemoeliminační metoda vhodná. U každé z nich jsou stručné popsány její vlastnosti, její účinky na lidský organismus a metoda, která je k její léčbě vhodná. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny četnosti použití jednotlivých hemoeliminačních metod. U každé metody je též uvedeno její procentuální zastoupení v rámci všech provedených hemoeliminačních výkonů. Dále je zde uveden přehled o počtech pacientů léčených pomocí dialyzační léčby. Jako zdroj údajů je zde použita statistika vedená Ústavem zdravotnických informací a statistiky České republiky.

Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the progress in the treatment of intoxication by dialysis. In the theoretical part, the bachelor thesis deals with the development of dialysis treatment from its beginnings to the present. In a chronological order, we discuss the most important milestones that influenced the development of dialysis treatment. In addition, the thesis focuses on the individual hemoelimination methods, both intermittent and continuous. Each method is described in terms of the principle of its functioning, the technical security needed for its implementation, the risks and complications associated with the method, its indications and contraindications. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to the individual types of intoxication which are suitable for treatment with one of the hemoelimination method. The characteristics of each of them, their effects on the human organism and the appropriate treatment method are briefly described. In the practical part of the thesis, the frequency of the use of individual hemoelimination methods is evaluated. The percentage share of each method within all conducted hemoelimination procedures is stated. An overview of the number of patients treated with dialysis treatment is presented. The source of the data is a statistic conducted by the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic.
