Porovnání efektivity fyzioterapie u pacientů po artroskopii, totální endoprotéze a korekční osteotomii kolenního kloubu.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi rehabilitace u pacientů po artroskopii, totální endoprotéze a korekční osteotomii kolenního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: současný stav, metodologie a speciální část. Kapitola současný stav je zaměřena na anatomii, biomechaniku a nejčastější indikace a kontraindikace k jednotlivým operačním přístupům kolenního kloubu. Podrobněji bude popsána gonartróza, příčiny jejího vzniku, projevy a možnosti léčby. Dále budou stručně popsány jednotlivé operační přístupy jejich rizika a možné komplikace. V metodologii práce bude popsáno pracoviště, kde probíhaly jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Dále zde budou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody využité ve speciální části práce. Speciální část práce bude zpracována formou kazuistik. Obsahem bude anamnéza, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na základě těchto vyšetření bude sestaven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále budou popsány jednotlivé cvičební jednotky. Na závěr budou uvedeny a zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky.

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of rehabilitation of patients after arthroscopy, total endoprosthesis and corrective osteotomy of the knee joint. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the current state, the methodology and the special part. The current state chapter is focused on anatomy, biomechanics, and the most common indications and contraindications of the individual knee surgery approaches. In more detail, gonarthrosis, its causes, symptoms and treatment options will be described. It will also briefly describe the different operational approaches to their risks and possible complications. Methodology of work will describe the workplace where individual therapeutic units were run. Further, investigational and therapeutic methods used in a special part of the thesis will be presented here. A special part of the work will be prepared in the form of case studies. The content will be a history, input and output kinesiological analysis. Based on these examinations, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan will be compiled. In addition, individual exercise units will be described. Finally, the results will be presented and evaluated.
