Využitie fyzioterapie u pacientov s reumatoidnou artritídou

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je dokázať potrebu, dôležitosť a účinnosť fyzioterapie pre pacientov s reumatoidnou artritídou. V teoretickej časti je pojednávané o stručnej charakteristike tohto zápalového ochorenia pohybového systému. Nadväzuje na základnú anatomickú terminológiu a je spomínaná charakteristika zápalového procesu, ktorý toto ochorenie sprevádza. Ďalej sa v práci spomína epidemiológia a patogenéza reumatoidnej artritídy, jej klinický obraz, diagnostika a v neposlednom rade jej liečba. Posledná teoretická kapitola pojednáva o fyzioterapeutickom prístupe k tomuto ochoreniu. V metodike sú spomenuté vyšetrovacie postupy, ktoré boli na pacientov aplikované a terapie, ktoré im boli poskytnuté. Špeciálna časť pozostáva z dôkladného kineziologického rozboru piatich pacientov, ktorí boli k dispozícii v Reumatologickom ústave v Prahe. Ďalej sú vypísané dôležité terapeutické medzníky z individuálnej liečebnej telesnej výchovy. Pre zistenie spokojnosti s terapiou z pohľadu pacienta bol v Reumatologickom ústave ponechaný dotazník, ktorý mohli pacienti s reumatoidnou artritídou a ktorý už dobrali svoju liečbu vyplniť. Výsledky terapie sú spracované v rámci výstupného kineziologického rozboru spomínaných piatich respondentov. Dotazníky sú vyhodnotené na záver praktickej časti v podobe tabuliek a názorných grafov.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prove the need, importance and effectiveness of physiotherapy for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The theoretical part discusses the basic characteristics of this inflammatory disease of the musculoskeletal system. It introduces the brief anatomical terminology, and it specifies the main features of the inflammatory process that accompanies the disease. In addition, the thesis mentions the epidemiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, its clinical picture, diagnostics and, last but not least, its treatment. The last theoretical chapter deals with a physiotherapeutic approach to this disease. The methodology includes the examination procedures and the therapies applied to the patients. The special part consists of a thorough kinesiological analysis of five patients from the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. Furthermore, the thesis lists the important therapeutic points from the individual medical physical training. In order to find out the patient satisfaction with the therapy, the patients with rheumatoid arthritis from the Institute of Rheumatology who completed their treatment were provided with a questionnaire. The results of the therapy are processed within the output kinesiological analysis of five mentioned respondents. The questionnaires are evaluated at the end of the practical part in the form of tables and graphs.
