Význam Centra zdraví a bezpečí v Karlových Varech pro základní školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem Centra zdraví a bezpečí v Karlových Varech pro základní školy. Především v oblasti vzdělávání žáků druhého stupně základních škol v první pomoci. Každý člověk by měl ovládat základy první pomoci, protože se může kdykoli ocitnout v situaci, kdy půjde někomu o život a bude záviset na něm, zda dotyčný přežije. Do příjezdu zdravotnické záchranné služby je to právě kvalitně poskytnutá první pomoc, která rozhoduje o tom, jakou šanci na přežití bude člověk mít. V první polovině teoretické části bakalářské práce byla přiblížena myšlenka, která vedla Asociaci Záchranný kruh k vytvoření Centra zdraví a bezpečí - Světa záchranářů. Dále bylo popsáno centrum, jak vypadá, co nabízí a jak probíhá edukace žáků v první pomoci. Druhá polovina teoretické části je zaměřena na první pomoc u vybraných akutních stavů. Praktická část se celá věnuje testovému šetření znalostí žáků první pomoci před návštěvou Centra zdraví a bezpečí a po jeho návštěvě. Nejdříve byly popsány a zhodnoceny znalosti žáků před návštěvou centra na základě jejich osobních vědomostí. Dále byly popsány a zhodnoceny jejich znalosti po návštěvě centra, kde žáci absolvovali program Svět zdraví, který je celý zaměřený na první pomoc. Oba výsledky testů byly porovnány a byly vyhodnoceny jednotlivé otázky. Všechny výsledky byly zpracovány a prezentovány pomocí grafů. Test, který žáci vyplňovali po návštěvě centra, dopadl o dost lépe než test, který jim byl rozdán před jeho návštěvou. V této bakalářské práci se úspěšně prokázal kladný význam Centra zdraví a bezpečí v oblasti vzdělávání žáků v první pomoci.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the importance of the Centre of health and safety based in Karlovy Vary. It focuses mainly on its significance in the education of the first aid at the lower-secondary schools. Everyone should be able to know the basics of the first aid, because everyone can find himself in a situation where somebody is hurt or in the need of a medical help. In that moment the first aid skills can be decisive. Until the medical rescue services arrives, it is mainly a question of a well provided first aid, which can decide a person's probability of living. The first half of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis concentrates on the idea of founding the Centre of health and safety by "Asociace záchranný kruh".Then there is an introduction of how the Centre of health and safety works, what does it provides and how does the education program works. Second half of the theoretical part is focused on the first aid during the selected urgent conditions. Completed practical part is focused on the test survey which should provide a comparison of what knowledge about the first aid students had before visiting the Centre of health and safety and what knowledge they have after completing the course. First of all, there is a description and evaluation of their knowledge before students attended the education course. Then there is an evaluation of their knowledge after the course. At the end are both results compared. All results are implemented and shown in the graphs. The tests which were completed by students after the visitation of the Centre of health and safety, turned out better than the tests before accomplishing the course. Therefore this bachelor thesis proves that the Centre of health and safety have a positive impact on the educating of students in the field of the first aid.
