Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na řešení problematiky dopravních nehod s velkým počtem zraněných osob z hlediska činnosti jednotek požární ochrany. Tyto jsou předurčeny k zásahu při dopravních nehodách na dálnici D5 v blízkosti státní hranice s Německem. Teoretická část popisuje dopravní nehody včetně statistiky nehod autobusů v Plzeňském kraji a okrese Tachov. V práci je popsán integrovaný záchranný systém ČR s popisem jednotek požární ochrany. V další části je uveden požární poplachový plán Plzeňského kraje, kategorizace a předurčenost jednotek k dopravním nehodám na dálnici D5. Další část práce obsahuje přehled mobilní požární techniky, která je používána jednotkami požární ochrany u dopravních nehod. Jedna část práce se věnuje činnosti Společného centra česko-německé spolupráce při mimořádných událostech a katastrofách. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis jednotek předurčených na dopravní nehody. Dále je vypracována případová studie dopravní nehody autobusu, který havaruje na dálnici D5 v blízkosti státní hranice ve směru Praha-Nürnberg. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a doporučení, která mohou být použita při vzniku mimořádné události tohoto typu.

This thesis is dealing with the problems of road accidents caused many casualties from the perspective of the fire brigade. These fire units are primarily appointed to assist within the traffic accidents on the motorway D5 in the vicinity of the state border with Germany. The theoretical part of this thesis is describing particular road accidents including the statistics of bus accidents in Pilsen region and Tachov district. The integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic and a detailed description of fire units are also included here. Another part contains the ,,Fire Alarm Plan" of the Pilsen region, categorization and predestination of fire units in relation to traffic accidents on the mentioned motorway D5. The list of mobile fire equipment used by the fire brigade is also to be found here. The last part of this thesis is addressed to the Common Czech-German centre for cooperation in emergency. The practical part is concerned on the case study of the bus traffic accident on the motorway D5 in the vicinity of the state border direction Prague/Nurnberg. The last part of this thesis is focusing on results and aims of this work and it is also offering some recommendations applicable in emergency of this sort thesis.
