Kritéria přezkušování záchranného psa pro pátrání po pohřešovaných osobách v terénu

Abstract

Předmětem práce je analýza požadavků a standardů k přezkušování záchranných psů určených pro praktické nasazení při pátracích akcích ve volném terénu, tedy na ploše. Informace jsou čerpány z české i zahraniční literatury, interních předpisů organizací, internetových zdrojů a ze zkušeností kolegů z praxe. Teoretická část představuje ucelený přehled základní struktury záchranářské kynologie v rámci IZS. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání vybraných kritérií zkušebních řádů s přihlédnutím k rozdílům mezi nimi. Zjištěné výsledky jsou zhodnoceny vzhledem k praxi a zkušenostem psovodů a výcvikářů. Při zpracování práce byly použity metody pozorování, analýza a komparace. Do diskuze je zahrnuto kompletní hodnocení výsledků, společně s uvedením rozdílů v záchranářské kynologii mezi Českou republikou a dalšími státy. Také je nastíněna problematika ve výcviku záchranných psů, které vycházejí z praktických zkušeností psovodů.

The topic of the work is to analyze criteria of testing rescue dogs trained for practical use during the searches in the free country areas - fields. The information comes from both Czech and foreign literature, internal rules of the organsiations, websites and practical experience of my collegues. The theoretical part represents a complete overview over the basic structure of the rescue kynology within IZS. The practical part is focused on the comparison of the selected testing rules with regards to the differences among them. The results are judged regarding the experience of the dog leaders. The methods used were watching, analyse and comparison. The discussion contains a complete judgement of the results, along with the listed differences in rescue kynology between the Czech Republic and other countries. The problems of training of rescue dogs resulting from practical experience of the trainers are also mentioned.
