Volba léčby subdurálního hematomu v závislosti na CT diagnostice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikou subdurálního hematomu, který je častou komplikací při úrazech hlavy a jedná se o přítomnost krve v subdurálním prostoru. K diagnostice SDH je používáno CT vyšetření, které se v zásadě používá u všech úrazů hlavy. Teoretická část se zabývá stručným popisem anatomie mozku. Větší pozornost je věnována kraniocerebrálnímu krvácení, především subdurálnímu hematomu, který je předmětem této práce. V praktické části je popsán princip CT, postup Radiologického asistenta při CT vyšetření mozku a popis daných rekonstrukcí CT obrazu. Cílem této práce bude porovnání udávaného mechanismu zranění a CT nálezu v následné konfrontaci s výsledky zvolené léčby. Dále budu objektivizovat shodu CT nálezu s nálezem peroperačním a zároveň tak dokumentovat validitu zvoleného léčebného postupu na základě CT nálezu. Výsledky a porovnání budou pocházet z dokumentace Nemocnice Na Homolce v úseku 7 let.

That Bachelor Thesis deals with diagnostics of subdural hematoma, which is a frequent complication of head injuries and is the presence of blood in the subdural space. CT examinations, which are basically used to scan all the head injuries, are also used to diagnose SDH. The theoretical part deals with a brief description of the brain anatomy. Greater attention is paid to craniocerebral bleeding, mainly subdural hematoma, which is the subject of this work. CT principle, Radiologist assistant´s procedure during brain examinations and description of the given CT image reconstructions are desribed in the practical part. The aim of this work will be to compare the given injury mechanism and CT medical finding including following confrontation with the results of the selected treatment. Furthermore I will objectify the conformity of the CT finding with the peroperative finding and at the same time I will document the validity of the chosen treatment procedure on the basis of the CT finding. Results and comparisons will come from the documentation of Na Homolce hospital in the period of 7 years.
