Porovnání různých testů pro detekci poruch barvocitu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ucelení informací o vzniku barevného vidění, poruchách barvocitu, jeho vyšetření a vlivu poruch barvocitu na výběr zaměstnání. První část je věnována teorii - obsahuje popis fotoreceptorů a procesu barevného vidění, vrozených i získaných poruch barvocitu a možnosti jejich vyšetřování. V praktické části mé bakalářské práce jsou porovnány dva testy na detekci poruch barvocitu a jejich srovnání s jinými výzkumy.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is comprehensive information and about formation of colour vision, its disorders, ways of examination and the influence of colour disorders on a career choice. First part is dedicated to the theory - it contains description of photoreceptors and colour vision process, congenital and acquired defects of color perception and the possibilities of its therapy. In the second part is practical part of the bachelor thesis are compared two tests for detection of colour vision deficiency.
