Fyzioterapeutické postupy u pacientů po úrazech hlezenního kloubu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika terapie po úrazu hlezenního kloubu u dvou cílových skupin. První cílovou skupinou jsou probandi - nesportovci s úrazem hlezna a druhou cílovou skupinou jsou probandi - sportovci s úrazem hlezna. V teoretické části je popsán hlezenní kloub - vazivový, kostí aparát a jsou také uvedeny jeho nejčastější poranění. U pacientů s těmito poraněními budou také v rámci této části popsány vybrané fyzioterapeutické konzervativní metody. Nechybí ani kapitola zaměřená na biomechaniku chůze, kde se snažím ozřejmit statickou a dynamickou funkci nohy. V praktické části probandi absolvují vstupní vyšetření, několikatýdenní terapii a výstupní vyšetření. V závěru praktické části je zhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření. Veškeré získané výsledky jsou pečlivě zpracovány a vyhodnoceny podrobným písemným sdělením, popřípadě pomocí grafů či tabulek, z důvodu lepší přehlednosti v kapitole - výsledky.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the problems of the therapy that follows after the injury of a hock joint by two target groups. The first group consists of probands - people who do not do any sport and suffered the injury of the hock joint. The second group is composed of probands - people who regularly do some sports and sustained this injury too. The theoretical part concentrates on the description of the hock joint - fibrous and the apparatus of the bones. There are also mentioned most common injuries of the apparatus and outlined the physiotherapeutic conservative methods used. Moreover, one chapter of the theoretical part deals with the biomechanics of walking in which the author clarifies the static and dynamic function of a leg. The practical part focuses on the probands who undergo the examination (entrance and final) and in the meantime engage in therapy for several weeks. At the end of the practical part the research questionnaires are explored and evaluated. The results presented by means of diagrams and tables can be found in the chapter called The Results.
