Kazuistika rehabilitační péče dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v kombinaci s těžkou poruchou zraku

Abstract

V obecné části bakalářské práce je nastíněna problematika dětské mozkové obrny, její klasifikace, diagnostika, léčba a jsou zde uvedeny metody hodnocení motorických schopností pacientů s touto diagnózou. Součástí je i fyziologický vývoj motoriky dítěte. V neposlední řadě obsahuje tato část i teoretické poznatky o retinopatii nedonošených a problematiku prostorové orientace nevidomého dítěte. V kapitole metodologie jsou uvedeny všechny pouţité vyšetřovací i terapeutické metody a je představeno pracoviště, na kterém byla vypracována speciální část. Speciální část se zabývá kazuistikou dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v kombinaci s těţkou poruchou zraku. V rámci kazuistiky je vypracován vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor a jsou popsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Součástí speciální části je i zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kapitola diskuse se zabývá specifickým přístupem k dítěti se smyslovou vadou, bez dosavadní pohybové zkušenosti a zamýšlí se nad postavením rodičů, kteří svého potomka berou jako leţícího pacienta bez většího pohybového potenciálu. V diskusi jsou rovněţ porovnány metody Vojtovy reflexní lokomoce a Bobath konceptu.

In the general part of the thesis, the issue of cerebral palsy is outlined, its classification, diagnostics, treatment,and the methods of evaluation of motorskills of patients with this diagnosis are described. The physiological motor development of a child also forms a part of this thesis. Finally, this part includes theoretical information regarding retinopathy of prematurely born children and the problems of spatial orientation of a blind child. In the methodology chapter, all applied evaluation and therapeutic methods and the workspace are described. The special section of this thesis covers the casuistry of a child with cerebral palsy combined with a visual impairment. Initial and final kinesiologic evaluations that were performed and individual therapeutic units are described in the casuistry. The effect of the therapy was also evaluated as part of this special section. The discussion section covers a specific approach to a child with a sensory impairment with no motor experience and speculates about the role of parents who perceive their child as a lying patient without a greater motor potential. The discussion section also compares Vojta reflex locomotion and Bobath concept.
