Kompenzace horní končetiny u profesionálních hráček basketbalu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompenzačním cvičením horní končetiny u profesionálních hráček basketbalu. Základním cílem je komparace odchylek ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření s následným vyhodnocením dosažených změn při odstraňování svalových dysbalancí a patologií. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem hlavních pojmů z názvu práce a teoretickým východiskům, které slouží jako podklad pro speciální část. Ve speciální části je popsán průběh komplexní fyzioterapeutické intervence pletence ramenního u hráček basketbalu s cílem diagnostikovat odchylky právě v této oblasti. Prostředkem šetření je vytvoření terapeutických jednotek, které slouží jako kompenzační a posilovací cvičení, které mají eliminovat zmíněné patologie u zkoumaných probandů. Šetření trvalo tři měsíce a následnou syntézou a komparací dosažených výsledků bylo vytvořeno celkové zhodnocení. Autorka má vlastní zkušenost se zraněním ramene a prostředí profesionálního klubu, ve kterém působí, tvoří ideální prostředí pro průběh šetření.

The bachelor thesis deals with the compensatory exercise of the upper limb among professional basketball players. The basic objective is the comparison of the deviations from the entrance and exit examinations with the subsequent evaluation of the achieved changes in the elimination of muscle imbalances and pathologies. The work contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of main terms from the title of the thesis and the theoretical basis, which serve as a background for a special part. In the special part is described the course of complex physiotherapeutic intervention of shoulder girdle within basketball players in order to diagnose deviations in this area. The mean of investigation is the creation of therapeutic units, which serve as compensatory and exertion exercises to eliminate the mentioned pathologies in the investigated probands. The survey lasted for three months, and by followed synthesis and comparison of the results was achieved. The author has her own experience with the shoulder injury and the environment of the professional club in which she operates, creating the ideal environment for the investigation.
