Činnost zdravotnického záchranáře v podmínkách Horské služby České republiky

Abstract

Toto téma jsem si zvolila z důvodu mého zájmu o HS vzhledem k tomu, že můj otec pracuje jako dobrovolný člen HS a já už od malička tíhnu k adrenalinovým situacím, které jsou při záchranných akcích HS běžné. V teoretické části poskytuji přehled o organizaci s názvem Horská služba České republiky. Ze začátku práce se věnuji jejímu vzniku a historickým datům, které pro ni byly v jejím vývoji zásadní. Dále popisuji současnost, celkovou strukturu a poslání HS. Součástí teorie je, jak se z obyčejného člověka může stát člen HS. Hlavně se zaměřuji na kritéria, která musí žadatel splnit pro přijetí k HS. V další části popisuji vybavení HS, tj. vybavení zdravotnické, technické, ostatní a možnosti jeho využití. Zabývám se také využití mobilní aplikace, která usnadňuje hledání ztracených či zraněných osob. V poslední části se zmiňuji o nejnebezpečnějším jevu, který se může v horských oblastech vyskytnout, tj. pád lavin. V praktické části sleduji ve vytvořených grafech a tabulkách se statistickými údaji působnost HS během 10 let v oblasti Krkonoše se zřetelem na lyžařský sport. Dále se v kazuistikách, které se týkají záchranných akcí HS, zabývám, jak HS řeší poranění v těchto specifických situacích a srovnávám použitý postup práce s doporučeným postupem při záchranných akcích. Na podkladě zjištěných údajů formuluji obecné zásady zdravotnického záchranáře v podmínkách Horské služby ČR. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit činnost zdravotnického záchranáře v podmínkách Horské služby v České republice.

I have chosen this topic because of my interest in mountain rescue service. My father has been working as voluntary member of mountain rescue service and I am keen on this kind of activities which are common during events of mountain rescue service. In theoretic part I give the main information about ,,Mountain rescue service of the Czech Republic". In the beggining I describe the genesis of the service and its historical data, which were the most important. Next I describe the present, the structure and the main point of the Czech mountain rescue service. The component of this part is also the story how a common person can become a member of the mountain rescue service. There are also the main conditions, that are necessary for being the member of the rescue service. In the second part I describe the equipment for the mebers of the rescue service i.e. medical, technical etc. and the possibilities of using. I also give the details of using mobile applications, which are good for searching of lost or injured persons.In the last part I mention the most dangerous effect in areas of mountain - avalanches. In practical part I describe in diagrams the activities of the mountain rescue service during last 10 years in the region of The Giant Mountains in accent to ski sport. Next I write about rescue events of the service and describe how mountain rescue service solves injuries in these specific situations. I also compare using process of rescue in concrete situations with the process which is suggested in similar activities. On the basis of the find out data I express the priciples of the medical rescuer in the conditions of the mountain rescue service in the Czech Republic. The main point of my work is to find out the aktivity of the medical rescuer in the condition the the mountain rescue service in the Czech Republic.
